They go from loving BW, one of the most skill requiring games.....to something completely on a casual level. It makes no sense, especially since Dota 2 exists. Something I could never understand. That Kim Carrier quote was epic........I'M AT WORK I WANT TO WATCH THE VODS SO BADDLY. SO MUCH. !

Modern gaming I feel is all about advertising and trying to appeal to as many people as possible. Old blizzard doesn't give a fuck about appealing to the mass. They just make legendary games and be done with it. B.net 2.0 is pretty telling. I mean they can't even outdo a fucking 10 year old battle.net system. If they can't even do that can you expect them to really make a better game-gameplay wise? even in HOTS. It seem like they are adding units and removing retarded units every announcement. Blizzard has no idea what the fuck they are doing and they know it. Diablo 3 was pathetic. Well-put. Concise summary of the sad situation now... ;__;

Why does everybody have an agenda against LoL? I don't get it. Isn't it obvious? A casual game that only revolves around team strategy with 0 individual skill is becoming the flagship e-sport instead of BW. It's embarassing lol

I don't remember it word-for-word but his commentary went something like "... this is just like in the campaign when Protoss is down to their last stand. No luxury no glory but there is one last stand as a hero rises from the dark to scrap together all that's left for one last battle! Yes, Protoss, one last battle, seemingly impossible but Protoss always has one last push! JangBi breaks out of his ramp and is now moving out! This is a battle for history, for the ancestors, a fight for justice and for survival! For Brood War! Zero has hydras ahhhh AHHHH STORMMM AHHHHH the desperation battle oh the storm WILL JANGBI PUSH THROUGH IT LOOKS LIKE HE'S PUSHING THROUGH ahhh the million Protoss hopes and spirits still alive ZERO'S ARMY IS THINNING AHHH PROTOSS AHHH THE HANBANG AHHH AHHHH FOUR HYDRAS LEFT FOUR AHHH GEEEEEEEEE GEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE" ... that, my friend, is eSports. Oh man. I really wish I understood korean. The korean commentators are in a class of their own, you can tell even if you don't know what they're saying. Sayle is doing an absolutely awesome job as well, he's truly a hero of the foreign BW scene and I'm really thankful for his casts (<3), but compared to Kim Carrier and his collegues he's a D+ scrub.

While I can fly almost anywhere inside EU for less than 100 euro... FML T_T Why are prices so high anyone know? sounds quite normal? we(australia) would easily pay over 1k to japan/china/korea unless with a budget airline, where as domestic tickets is around 150 which covers similar distances to euro zone

It's embarassing lol I hate to say this but it turns out, LOL is the game which gets huge popularity and viewership more than BW OSL in South Korea. I don't want to write more because this thread is about Jangbi vs Zero, and it was the EPIC game. Sincerely hope the last protoss, Jangbi become the winner of the last OSL.

If Sayle were casting MLG then he wouldn't be casting BW for us. Ya, he does a better job than 95% of the SC2 casters, but I'm glad he has chosen to reside where his heart lays. Ret, Idra, Nony, Naz, Mondy, Draco... we miss you out here on the fringes of esports. I know you made the right decisions for your careers, but man alive, isn't Brood War still the most incredible game that's ever existed?
