Solution 1. Open Map file, Close map editor, restart editor and re-open map file.
Solution 2. With Map file open, login to Battle.Net as if you are about to publish, and then log out.
*Solution 3. With map file open, under the file menu, open Dependencies, and using the 2 arrows at the bottom of the dependencies window, re-order your dependencies. Press "OK". Save your map file under a new name (as simple as adding a numerical identifier like the number 1 (Or other) should suffice). Exit the editor. Re-open the editor and open your map file, and go to publish the map. (Successfully Tested)
*Solution 4. Delete the folders automatically created in the cache folders of your Blizzard file folder. The following are the 2 paths (please note I have only tested the first of these). Secondarily note that these paths are only accurate for Windows 7 64-bit. I will try and update for Vista and XP as soon as possible but cannot guarantee this.
C:\ProgramData\Blizzard Entertainment\Battle.net\Cache
C:\ProgramData\Blizzard Entertainment\StarCraft II\Maps\Cache

Long Story
Was working on a map file today and I got curious about the Starcraft II Arcade Beta 1.5. I downloaded and installed it, and then proceeded to run it. During set-up, it asked me to choose between 2 settings "SC-II 1 and SC-II 2".
I chose SC-II 1, and then I went into the Arcade Beta and looked around in it for a bit. I then quit that, and went back into my normal Starcraft II game to continue testing one of my maps.
I exited Starcraft II (non-beta version) and tried to open my map file to mess with it a little and re-publish for further testing. This is the first problem I ran into.
I solved this problem by right-clicking on my map file, doing an "Open With" operation and browsing to the non-beta's Starcraft II - Map Editor program, and applied it to opening all similar files (so that it would open any others I decided to work on today obviously). This solved my first problem.
I fiddled with the map and proceeded to try and publish it. Where-in I encountered the following issue.
I am officially stuck on this step. I have tried deleting and re-applying the dependencies. It would not let me delete my dependencies. I do not think I am missing any folders in my Starcraft II folder.
After running into this, I uninstalled the Beta version, and tried again (thinking that might do it) but this has not fixed it. I know there are beta files sitting in the documents folder still (where screenshots are saved etc. . . -- but it is being unused as the base program connection is now missing from my understanding).
If anyone has any ideas or can help, I would truely appreciate it. I know I am not the only person with this issue as there was 1 other (at least) over at the official battle.net forums Battle Net Topic. For clarification, I am "Odysseus".
If this is in the wrong section, I apologize -- I thought fellow mappers would be the best ones to answer it probably.
