Granted, it's more difficult to protect the 6 expo but he lost it anyway and imho as mech he would've stood more chance seeing as hoejja didn't really scout and teched pretty late, no? Part of the problem was his 2 port wraith didn't do that much damage, forced a few spores which he had a period of time to transition to some composition where T is probably behind the normal schedule for the 3 tank / vessel push. Mech play is probably not sufficient map control to secure 6 (which is probably in itself a slightly dubious expansion, he probably expected to do more damage with the wraiths). As successful Leta is with this opener its kind of gimmicky and probably puts T behind schedule if its blocked. However Z is also slowed down from having to defend / spore so I would say somewhere in between Leta could have improved on his play but I don't see where, besides not getting himself in that situation to begin with by opening 2 port wraith or perhaps he could have taken his natural earlier. At mid-lategame Leta having his favorite opener blocked + unharassed 4 gas Zerg is a formula for disaster.

Standard-wise, he was on top of his production with great macro and some nice engagement angle to the Zerg. The only element I would put fault on is none other than the game design seeing how Zerg was meant to be piloted with superior army count. Hoejja displayed the epitome of racial play as his economy was left rampant. Leta tried to power through the swarm but little did he realize that the fatality of this mistake. You don't let Zerg get the required gas.

He did a sick play where he lured the vessels to the 6 expansion and got a whole bunch of them with scourge, actually...

To add on, he plagued at least 20 vessels. Sadly no hero mutas. Besides, Hoejja's plagues were godlike. I think there were 2 or 3 AHHHH PLAYGUUU moments.
