Got to call him by his Korean name, or maybe use "constantly". Btw, did you go to the Team 8 fan meeting after the match?
I should have went, "HI HOLLYWOOD FISHIKING!" hehe
And no. After the SKT vs. T8 game, I wanted to go outside to see if there were any fanmeets, but there were SO many people at the stadium, I was scared that if I left, someone would take my seat and I wouldn't be able to get back in T__T

The players had the same amount of time. They just didn't know who their teammates where. But they could still practice with their old teammates
That's not quite true. Without any practice houses or coaches, it was hard to organize any real practice as a team. The players from the 3 disbanded teams weren't even given the new maps by KeSPA, they had to get them from their friends in other teams.
VODS are UP!!!! NEVAKE I LOVE YOU!!!! FGonna try to exit this tab without seeing any spoilers!!! :D Honsestly though, i had forgotten about nevake and was looking for other VOD's... Oh how I love BW!!!

Shorter season will make each of the games more exciting and important, the no ace-match means that even with the bo5, we'll still get to see a variety of players and while I will miss winner's league and wish they had worked it in somehow, there's still STX Master's, right?
actually STX masters was always run on MBC, so i sorta doubt it will return next year :\
Ah, I knew it was on MBC, but I was hoping that since STX had continued sponsoring their team, they'd also continue sponsoring Master's.
Wow... Bittersweet victory... Sad that Jaedong lost... Happy that Bisu won... Happy that SKT won... Sad that T8 had to lose their first game... Meh~... I was like, "nooooo!!!!" the second I first saw that SKT and T8 was matched up for the first game... ;| Here's to a good season T8 and SKT1~
Jaedong's play has become a parody of itself. His entire build sounds like what you would say if you were trying to make fun of his former play style. 3RD BASE BEFORE ANY UNITS? WHY DOESN'T HE JUST TAKE A QUICK 4TH WHILE HE'S AT IT? But really, why on earth would you NOT attempt to hydra bust a FFE every single time? I bet if you have the patience to check all the games in the last couple of years where a true hydra bust (mass hydras and go for it before lair ) was attempted against an FFE it would have AT LEAST a 7/10 success rate, whereas "economic" builds seem to fail in an appalling fashion about 5/10 times against FFE.
This should be the standard response to FFE every time all day every day forever:

Because Jaedong is a great and respectable player who win by outplaying his opponent using his own skills and not someone who abuses game design imbalance to win lamely.

the map looked really fking large though, it'll be interesting to see how future pvz play on that map. if jaedong had better sim city or queued his hydras at his third quicker, the game would have been much closer.

Fine, I'll actually look at all the notable zvp games in the last 3 years and compare the win rates of hydra busts and economic builds like 12 hatch into no units and quick 3rds. I'll even disregard quick 4ths because that has like a 2/10 success rate and would drag the overall econ builds' win rate down.
Unless my memory is useless I still think hydra busts will come out ahead by a long shot. I will post the results in a new thread in a couple of days.

Unless my memory is useless I still think that in order to do a proper hydra bust u must take a quick 3rd (or as u say, 12 hatch into no units and quick 3rd) lol.
