EPTSo I figure since it's so popular here on TL to make something of your milestone posts I figured I may as well start my blog here.
Note: It's not going to be about 'the road to Master's League' or about that girl that I just can't seem to get to say 'hi' to me. I have come to terms with the fact that no girl will ever say 'hi' to me again because I'm already happily married. Also I have come to terms with the fact that I'm fucking old in gamer years and will never hit Platinum in SC2, never mind Master's. (And that's if I played the game more than once a month.) No I'm perfectly content to watch the pros do their thing and have a good time doing it. Pro gaming will never be my thing and I can handle that.
Anyway, I guess a quick rundown of my TL history, as embarassing as it is:
Find out about TL almost 2 years ago during SC2 beta rumours and such.
Follow Husky/HD religiously.
Get into beta.
Play the crap out of SC2. Suck a lot.
Learn about Brood War pros and the BW/SC2 wars. Watch some Day[9] dailies.
Beta goes down, find out about a little F2P game called League of Legends. Play the SHIT out of it.
SC2 goes live. Play it for a while, suck some more, go back to WoW and LoL.
Watch GSL/TSL/various other SC2 tourneys. Watch Season 1 LoL championships.
Quit WoW, play LoL.
And here I am!
So in the end, this blog will probably be about my life in general a little but also about how I suck at LoL instead of SC2. I know this is primarily an SC site, but we have such a great community in the LoL subforums, those of you who haven't checked it out should probably give it a chance. Tyler can't be wrong, amirite? (Also apparently CauthonLuck was playing the other day...? Weird.)
So that's it for now I guess; thanks to all of those who have answered my noob questions in both the early SC2 days and now in the LoL subforums. I will continue to AFK in LiquidParty like a bawss. And I will try not to feed top lane.
