But I wanna ask you, how did you find all those information? I know that at the score screen you can see how many workeers you created, but how can I see how many workers did I had at 10, at 15 or at 25 mins. From the build order you can find only till 8-12. I know that I can find out this from my replay but how can I find it from the score screen. Andhow did u found out that and made those graps. Thank you for this post!

I think I would have rather seen 50 from each league with 6 games played a piece rather than 100 with 3, or something like that. Seems like it would be a little bit more of an average then.

i liked it even though the calculations etc. i dont realy understand since well ye i didnt study that... the end rusults and graphs are easy to follow... its fun to see the great amounts of differences throughout all leagues :D

On the 2 games I just played I got a spending quotient of 94,2595920801 and 86,8441484526, which seems absurdly high for a lowly diamond scrub. My average unspent ressources were 725 and 1374 respectively, while my average income was 1768 and 2080 respectively. Could someone plop that into the formula and check if my calculation was correct?

It is also important to remember that there is a lot of game-to-game variability in SQ; a Diamond player could feasibly outscore a Grandmaster player in a single game, but they would be highly unlikely to do so when averaged across many games.

Ohhh I didn't see that. I wasn't implying I macro as well as a GM player ... I just thought that what I calculated was extremely improbable, so I just want someone to check if my math is correct.

The problem with the math is, that blizzard only accounts for the money on the bank (top right). but you can also have units in the production line (goody style). This money doesnt do anything, but in the end you will have a great result, because you "spent" that money

I have played around with the Excel file a little, adding in a simple yet in my believe appealing "graphical" display of the SQ. I won't waste your time trying to explain it, just take a look at it: http://www.filesonic.com/file/2342166194/Spending_Quotient_SC2_Lower_Leagues.xlsx http://www.filesonic.com/file/2342166204/Spending_Quotient_SC2.xlsx I made 2 versions since sadly, the Excel scaling only allows 5 different leagues to be displayed properly. Naturally, you can adjust the scale to your own wishes by just selecting the cells and choosing "Conditional Formatting -> Manage Rules". Let me know what you think about it!
