Hi all,
Sadly.... I have homework. Biology sadly...
I shall cut straight to the point, "Your heading is on Energy Foods, Write about Energy food and if it helps or not in an activity"
Basicully, What foods should you eat?
I kinda wanna do it on Starcraft and general gaming just to piss my teacher off..
So, what food should you eat if your an active Starcraft 2 Player?
I wanna keep it down to 2 factors: 1. Micro * Hands and the ability to react* 2. Macro*Ability to think clearly and process fast*
So, help me with my homework please guys If you wish to of course.
Thanks for your assistance.

i think its in the rules of TL that you can't directly ask for hw help.
nevertheless -
Vitamin B6 and B12 - speed up your metabolism. 5 hour energy has 8333% daily value of it and its not really bad for you in excess, so that would be a good way to energize WITHOUT caffeine (tons of vitB12 mostly, a little bit of B6)
Bananas and Oranges White meat (fried is okay)
very light on the starches and complex carbs, more focused on protein, simple carbs, and metabolites/vitamins.

Well, I'm an active BroodWar player, and I find simply being a) healthy and b) not pumped up on anything such as coffee, energy drinks, really helps. So I eat porridge in the mornings, often fruity kinda lunch, and then pasta/rice+meat+veg, something delicious which I cook for supper. I also go for a run every day, as an aside.
This is pretty general, but for me, eating healthily is key to excelling at anything, including BW.

Last I checked, 5 Hour Energy has as much caffeine in it as a full cup of coffee. It specifically says that on the label. The thing they advertise it as not having is guarana, and while that is true, it's said in a way to mislead people on the caffeine content of 5 Hour Energy.

Seriously, it can't have any effect on gaming. Just look at JulyZerg. One of the best progamers of all time and is fat as hell. ;o

Now imagine how good he would be if he exercised regularly like NaDa does. NaDa only plays on weekends at the moment, by the way.

He did that, and he got worse. In BW he would go through phases where he would work out a lot and his skill would decline or he would not work out as much and he would improve. Nada isn't good because he exercises he has natural talent and has years of BW experience.
