Sometimes it doesnt work, sometimes it does, judging by the games ive watched of him. edit: Actually I'm not sure if I've ever seen him lose to 1 1 1 doing that, but I'm sure he has.. obviously ^^

I'm not sure how much it's gonna help balance protoss back to normal but it's not only the immortal

It doesn't really slow any of the difficult pushes down, or delay any of the tech that P has a hard time dealing with. In any case, sad to see Huk go down, but I'm glad he's staying in Code S. Likewise, really happy to see Sage advance, and sad about Nani I couldn't really figure out what Naniwa's plan for game 2 was. He had great control and was able to survive much longer than I thought he would, but it never seemed like he put any pressure on, or was building up to something that would be a killing blow of sorts. Oh well.

Oh well. I dont get the "it doesnt delay any of the tech that P has a hard time dealing with".argument I mean it delays ALL tech at least by those 5 ingame seconds, doesnt it.

Oh well. Yeah it got out of hand quickly. He had great battle management, but you need Voids vs that many Brood lords. Infestors rape both Voids and Blink stalkers unfortunately.

If this trend continues, Boss Chae should seriously reconsider these allowances. I want to see quality not foreigners there for the sake of being foreigners. GSL is generally considered the best of the best. Keep it that way and make them earn their spot.

It is plainly obvious time and time again that MOST of the foreigners that go are currently not in the top 64 in Korea. At least given a couple byes in qualifying they will have to earn a part of it instead of being given spots because they did well in foreign tournaments. And earning a code A seed thanks to other tournaments' results don't seem absurd to me, these guyz aren't any foreigners and if they get their ass raped they won't stay in Korea forever, so imo Gom does the right thing by giving these guys a shot

While I agree that it is important to maintain the GSL's "elite-ness", they are also trying their best to make it a global league. Their partnerships with MLG and other tournaments are all made to encourage the flow of players between both scenes. I think it's a good thing. As awesome as SC:BW was in Korea, SC2 is a new game, and its audience is much more diverse than BW.

Well a big thing to understand is that you are still mining that way. So unless your build is exactly building a factor RIGHT after the barracks finishes etc it doesn't make the biggest difference. For example going a one rax expansion the only disadvantage you'll have is your marine is 5 seconds delayed. Your expansion will still start at the same time. Therefore the 5 seconds is even less significant as it seems.
