I love watching his games because his unit positioning and strategies are just so great. unit positioning? jesus christ god forbid someone who uses lots of tanks try to spread them out.

Lol just no. There is a reason Goody is a pro and you arent, and likely never will / could be. All pros need some sort of competitive advantage, and denying Goody has one is just stupid. Goody would literally not win any games vs top players if what you say is true, but infact he performs very well.

The game was lost AFTER the roaches were in his base. His banshees were out way before the roaches reached his main. He had 2 banshees sitting there before his wall to his main went down. The decision to hide the banshees instead of successfully defend happened after the attack was made, otherwise he couldn't have made the decision to defend (or not) in the first place. That's how time and logic works.

He lost the series, what do you expect? You could pick games from every player were they look pretty dumb (Nerchio in the second game for example). That doesn't mean that he is a terrible player.

He isn't some scrub that you can imitate with "a few days of practice". Show a little bit of respect please. He has beaten huge names like Ret, Strelock, Nestea, CatZ and more; i am not saying he is the best Terran but he has a unique style that needs to be recognised. Plus, losing to Nerchio is no disgrace

If anyone it'd be Europeans, they have a shitload of online tournaments, Goody plays in most of those. (I think Socke and Dimaga do too, so if anyone I'd expect them to have those kinda numbers)

Ret made so many mistakes losing zerglings and mutas this game, but he's pretty ahead still currently.. Select won't be able to get a 4th and mutas just keep growing

Plus, losing to Nerchio is no disgrace yup youre right hes a pro and hes got a style and i cant imitate him with a few days practice but i dont like his style of play and while i havent seen every single one of his games i have seen quite a few games and in the ones ive seen his mechanics are terrible (bad macro most of the time, something like 2k minerals with low gas that couldve been hellions, queuing up tons of scvs, getting supply blocked) i guess im too much of a bw elitist but its hard for me to think someone is good when hes so lacking in basics. he does find a way to win games/tournies though so many i just miss him when hes playing his best.

I made that post pretty early in the game (before he lost his two 4ths). It really seemed that if he defended those and that push in the 4 o'clock with more banelings, he would have come out ahead easily.

Boxer, Nada, MKPrime, and Select all give me nerd chills when on their best game, and really disappoint when not.
