Ingredients (4 persons)
Ingredients (Kefta / meatballs)
500g ground meat (beef) 1 small red onion (pealed and shredded) 1 teaspoon of milled cumin 1 teaspoon of milled coriander 1 teaspoon of paprika powder 1 piece of fresh ginger (~2cm, pealed and shredded) a bunch of fresh coriander green (leafes) hacked into small pieces salt and fresh pepper
Put everything for your Kefta together and mix it with your hands. Form small meatballs and put them on a griddle after. Cover them with cling wrap and put them in the fridge for 30 minutes.
After take them out - prepare a pan on middle heat. Sprinkle the kefta with olive oil and fry them until they are done (how you like it). Make sure they are actually done ;-)! Since balls take a bit longer than flat meat. How to serve, see below.
Ingredients Side-Dish + Rest
1 small red onion (pealed and cut in small rings) 2 hand full cherry tomatoes (cut in half) Lemonjuice from 1/2 lemon olive oil 1 big flatbread (or 4 small ones) natural yoghurt 4 handfull different salad leafes Harissa to serve (its a powder (can be bought as paste as well)
Preparation
Cut the cherry tomates in half and cut onion rings from the red onion. Add juice of 1/2 lemon and add double the olive oil to it. Add pepper and salt as you like and mix it with your hands. (done)
How to serve
If you have a big flatbread, cut in quarter and put it in a pan for 30 seconds to make it a bit crispy outside. Slice it open and put yoghurt on the inside as well as harissa (powder or paste) put a few salad leaves and the side dish as well as the kefta - you are done. Eat :-)!

That is completely wrong. The pasta is perfectly fine to eat. If you want to be healthy you should do sports and not force you to not eat things you like. I lost 30pounds with doing sports and eating healthy stuff, but its no problem at all to sometimes eat a good meal like lasagna, pasta.. pizza or something.

This must be what torturing yourself looks like: I'm fasting because it's Ramadan and I opened the spoiler, even though you warned us.
I regret doing so. GG me. Well cooked, NarutO, your dishes look delicious and you made one hungry dude even hungrier! Keep on cooking!
