I love Bisu more than anyone else and god knows thats true, but if I see a picture of him after page 5 it will result in 2 days ban. Thats enough, be warned. -disciple |
by who? It would be great to hear klazart again, but i doubt it.
CJ vs Skt or KT vs SKT? Well i'd have to say KT has the better chance. CJ plays based on predicting matchups too much. Wrong matchup and they fall apart. Right matchup for lesser player and still fail. KT on the other hand has Flash, Stats, and a bunch of zergs who can probably muster one win.

CJ needs to win T_T I can't believe KT has such momentum.

It is today's matchup. CJ vs KT.

Can't wait for this! Hoping for an amazing game by Flash v anyone and Hoejja/Action v T, but also for a CJ victory so we go to a game 3!
And to answer the question on 7 players I'd choose (assuming they're in their prime)
1. Flash 2. Jaedong 3. Bisu 4. Fantasy 5. Effort 6. Stork 7. Tossgirl (so pretty... but realistically, Jangbi)

CJ, please win. Thanks
CJ vs SKT finals sounds more entertaining than KT vs SKT.

This is taking into account both individual and team leagues. If you want to go back 3 years then he clearly isn't over Stork. I disagree. Mind you, I admit 3 years is a bit unfair to Stork, since it would cut off about 3 silver medals (4 if you count GSI), but then again, Fantasy basically debuted after all those, so it wouldn't be fair to Fantasy to include them.
Raw stats using TLPD:
Fantasy since 23 July, 2008 Record: 227 wins - 140 losses (61.85%)
Stork since 23 July, 2008 219 wins - 143 losses (60.50%)
Slight edge to Fantasy.
What about the starleagues?
Fantasy over the last three years:
1 gold 2 silvers (both of which were very close and went five games) 3 semifinals (again, epic five game series against Jaedong and Flash)
Stork has: 1 gold 1 silver 2 semifinals
Once again, slight edge to fantasy.
What about the specific team leagues. (This I find weird, since they're almost always about the same record. Even when they slump, they seem to both slump at the same time.)
Proleague '08-09 Fantasy: 28 - 15 Stork: 28 - 16
WL '09 Fantasy: 6 - 7 Stork: 5 - 8
Proleague '09-10 Fantasy: 31 - 18 Stork: 24 - 14
WL '10 Fantasy: 15 - 9 Stork: 7 - 6
Proleague '11 Fantasy: 19 - 19 Stork: 24 - 19
WL '11 Fantasy: 22 - 13 Stork: 19 - 10
So, conclusion: they're basically the same player in terms of results over the last three years, but Fantasy has consistently been just a little bit better.
Edit: I also want to mention that Fantasy has been an excellent clutch and playoff performer, and has usually been SKT's ace until the last year when Bisu went crazy in proleague. Stork helped Khan win PL a few years ago with a one win in the finals, but hasn't otherwise distinguished himself at all in that area.

As the PL final is in China i suppose it will only last one day no? One bo7 and voila to determine the winner?

Dear lord why. Last year was already shit with that format.

If KT wins this do they advance?

If they show that they are actually better than the opposing team when it really matters, would they not deserve to advance? Well for one, I don't like KT, but the main reason is because we get 1 less series of games. SKT fans getting scared if anything, T1 should worry more about CJ than KT

Haha, don't want a repeat of last year's result?

the one-match finals is just crappy and unfortunate. six part-seasons with 270 matches plus wl league playoffs plus the 11 or 12 matches in the spl playoffs. then ending it in just one match. boggles the mind

let's go KT!! beat CJ and get to the finals!!

I hope GTR is here, i like his stream
