Füzér gave a contract to your lawyer and what happened? that by signing up for it, you have no right to live in any other pro haousie for 10 years wtf? in addition he was there for 6 days and paid for a month, but he did not sign the contract has been kicked. The problem lies in the fact that he wanted to get their money back but the "Boss" opdowiedział whether or not a contract - no, no - so you never been so real and I do not have your money.
embarrassment. I am outraged by this situation, because the subject went to tl, and again a lot more than you lost've gained. Because a good name is worth more than any money .. before food for the guests and now it .. business is business and there is no sentiment in them but the organization's reputation is worth more than 2k. What a shitty statement Coz it's not, lol.

well. the fact that the contract was not still signed one and a half months after the start of the cooperation says a lot about the professionalism of the guys in charge of MoW. Which would not be that bad if they could communicate with Fuzer and everything was chill, but obviously this is not the case,

The MoW management could have easily provided their own statement here in the forum and on their site/Facebook/Twitter etc... and fully had their side represented, and spun their statement to meet their needs and image. It could have contained a lot of false information, and it would have turned into a "he said, she said" type of altercation.
By providing it to a news site, which tend to deal with an aspect of impartiality, they should be able to tell both sides of the story in an attempt to reconcile the differences and misunderstandings inherent in personal interpretations of the stories of both sides.
Now, it remains to be seen who they chose, and whether that can fully be trusted, but we should give them the benefit of the doubt for now. Yeah news agencies (especially small ones, selected by the source) never write articles that are less than 100% objective and impartial.
Personally, I think that by going to news sites first they want to get the statement out in a more "official" medium that doesn't have hundreds of pitchforks waiting to tear into every sentence of it. Not that they have much hope. Edit: Assuming the statement is actually done, that is.

Well i'm still waiting...
|
Even a news source would have released the statement by now if they had an exclusive on a story.... MoW lies sooo much...
|
We all are waiting... Dunno what MoW expects this to turn into apart from their downfall unless they respond to the community soon.

I am actually quite impressed how much drama was created in just 2 hours. The first Youtube videos surface, I bet reddit and others are all over this too. I think i´m gonna check if 4chans /v/ is having a thread about this yet.
Yes, this is no small issue, but man, I never noticed how quick this stuff happens.

I'm suspecting the statement is written in polish and they went to a source to translate it properly so there will be no translation errors. Theres no point in being impatient about something you have zero influence on. Its best to wait for a proper press release shedding more light on this case.

I will forgive them if they announce in the statement that they will change name to Ministry of Fail.

so the boss is a douche to the esports
lets hang him...jk
what a douche though from that skype chat

600€ a month for living in a shared house, even including meals, in POLAND is already ridiculous. A three-bedroom apartement in the Warsaw still goes for 1000€...I could live on my own in the generally more expensive Germany on 600€ without any problems. That would have to be one kickass house. I'm talking jacuzzi.
From the MoW page:
The crew consists of several professionals including full-time coach who also lives in the house overseeing the player's training. We also hire the house manager and the professional cook.
Why would you need multiple professionals to run a team house? A cook who cooks one (apparently not very complicated) meal a day and a janitor/maid should do the trick. Probably around 400-500€ a month. Now maybe the "manager" does this full time, add 1000€ (which is a great salary in Poland). They currently have 10 players staying there, that's 6000€ a month excluding any gains from the streaming these guys apparently have to do. I don't see that making any sense. Two possibilites remain:
1. They have different contracts for different players, screwing over the ones who don't bring in something "special". I doubt that because their gain from having Ret is not really greater than that from Fuzer because they have no way to generate profit except through attracting the "paying" lesser known players and maybe getting more streaming money from somebody like Ret.
2. The players are all getting screwed systematically. Like way beyond anything. The contract if somewhat similiar to what Fuzer described is a strong indicator for that.
That being said, they're already on shaky legal ground and are just digging their hole deeper through their behaviour. The chat log if accurate is beyond what I would call reasonable business practice. He had an oral agreement set up and paid, they didn't let him stay because he hadn't signed a follow up contract. It's pretty much generally illegal to impose follow up contracts onto somebody after the fact and payments made which have not been in any relation to that contract before. That is extremely unprofessional and the described conduct of the "manager" doesn't help. Reddit says something about him being shady for a while, I won't even talk about that. The non-compete clause is unreasonable and heavily favors one party, the NDA is ridiculous in general, it's just complete BS. The REAL issue here is that they didn't want legally trained eyes on that contract. It's probably so far out there that it would be deemed non-binding for most clauses. Not allowing the translation is already reason enough not to sign it. Fuzer did VERY well by not signing this piece of crap and if he doesn't get his money back I might just as well driver over there and give them a piece of my mind. How the fuck does anbody agree to sign this?

this "boss" guy sounds like a dirty piece of work

Very shady dealings. Good work exposing this stuff, Fuzer! I was a fan, but your bravery makes me more of a fan. I really think getting these details out in public is the best way to deal with the corruption (which I feel is more common than the average fan wants to believe). This kind of nonsense doesn't stand a chance in the light of day and for that reason alone we know the MoW folks are crooked. If they don't apologize to you and to the whole community or at the very least make their policies entirely explicit and in the open, then they are dead to me. MoW's actions are the kind of stuff that actually for real kills ESPORTS.

They already are Ministry of Fail. It is not like we don't know that already.
