Sheth noshowed? Going to be tough to pull it through for TL then.
Still, 2-3 for liquid is my prediction.
|
Hmm this is a toughy. Zenio has been doing poorly against Terran so he could lose. Kas has been doing poorly overall, while TLO has been doing quite well, so TLO could win there. Hero should beat Violet.

I'm a bit confused, the website says complexity vs dignitas should be today?

Yeah, it also said Fnatic vs Vile would be the last match of the week. I think they might be going backwards.
|
Liquid 3-2. Hero and zenio should win there games. Kas I think is tooo strong for TLO. Ace match Hoping for like Kas vs Zenio rematch :D
|
When Stephano forfeit her match against Its gosu all Tl community and other rush in him and says "as always.." but when its Sheth, we have nothing.
|
I would say 3-1 Empire. viOLet > HerO Just a guess, it is completely open. Based on viOLet dethroning HerO at IPL Fight Club, but it was a 5-4 there as well.
Happy > Sheth Not much to explain here.
Beasty > Zenio Zenios last 10 international games against Terran include 9 losses against Sjow, Morrow, T-Zain (and MMA). I think Beasty can add himself on that list, although I could be wrong.
Kas < TLO Kas seems a bit shaky lately and TLO defeated SeleCT, Rain and aLive all 2-0 during ONOG.
|
It's a shame Sheth didn't/couldn't show up, these matchups are extremely interesting. Obvious advantage for Empire now, but all the series could go either way.
|
Has there been a single Ace match this MCSL?

A few. I remember Slayers-Mouz and Liquid-Dignitas.

ROFL, how embarassing. I guess I'm watching this shit so late my mind just turns off. Set phasers to 'Ignore the Nub'.

TLO also defeated Kas 3-0 in a recent showmatch of 2GD`s show. I think all matchups are pretty even and interesting. With the forfeit win, that makes Empire the favourite of course.
|
I'd say Liquid Wins. Whether it's 3-2 or 3-1 it is hard to say.
My guess is: viOlet < HerO Happy > Sheth (obviously) Beastyqt < Zenio Kas < TLO
I know TLO recently owned Kas 3-0 but i wouldn't totally push Kas aside as a chance for taking it. Regardless, if it goes to an ace match and liquid sends out HerO i really see no way for empire to take it. They're my two favorite teams currently so it's sad but cool to see them facing off at the same time XD

Kas < TLO Kas seems a bit shaky lately and TLO defeated SeleCT, Rain and aLive all 2-0 during ONOG. Zenio did 2-1 one of the best TvZ terrans in Alive though... I think people really love to under rate Zenio for one reason or another.

Possibly because of his results..
|
Sucks about sheth, always like watching his play.
|
It's a damn shame about Sheth, and it really puts Liquid in a tough spot, since it was a matchup they were favored in. All 3 of the remaining matchups are close, and could really go either way.
|
Empire vs Liquid is a really cool match, and relatively even, too. Without Taeja, Liquid is still absolutely beatable for a good foreign team.
Sheth no-show puts Liquid in a tough spot, in my opinion they have to hope to get to an ace match and win with their superior Korean power, a 3-0 sweep of the remaining matchups is not out of the question, but not very likely, Empire still has a very strong lineup, Liquid would have to get a bit lucky in order to win without an ace match.
Overall, I'm quite excited for the games, but it really is a shame that Sheth didn't play, I want to see many more Empire vs Liquid games!
