From reading around here and other websites it would seem that you can and should set your bitrate to about 70-80% of your total upload speed. So I was just wondering why I get that lag anytime I go above 1300 kbps (which is only about 55% of my upload speed). If it matters, my quality is set to 10 and audio is set to 64k. Thank you! | ||

Has anyone checked whether changing the cluster actually changes servers? If so, it would mean an infrastructure problem with justin.tv. | ||
