Threads are moved to user stream after they've had a bit of exposure and someone adds them to the streams list. User streams instructions are:

ouch, your stream almost imploded my eardrums... it would be a lot more watchable if you didn't have the volume at 5000%. you can still hear techno if its quieter than that.
