I thought we had to get this stream verified in advance and moved from BW to that User Streams section for the details that are to come in 1-2 days, but wasn't actually sure of the procedures. Since this is only an announcement for the general stream that we'd be using, I followed the format that most people use for announcements of their own private streams.
