I was initially hopeful but it seems a majority of you are heathens.

There is some hope, are y’all storing it in the fridge primarily but taking it out to acclimatise prior to a meal, or are your condiments going cold onto your various meals?

no I generally take my condiments out of the fridge before/while i'm cooking.

although I have put it on cold and not hated it either, I'm just in the habit of making sure I have everything on hand even if the cooking process doesn't need every element on the counter at that point.

So do restaurants store their condiments in the fridge at closing, then return them to the tables to let sit at room temp for the entire day? I guess that's the reason why I said cupboard.

Then again, I'm with Losing on this, I haven't purchased ketchup in forever.

A restaurant is not a good reference. At one I worked at we went through about a gallon of ketchup per night so there was not much point to refridgerating it, that's only got a benefit for extending shelf life (e.g. when you use a couple tablespoons a week like at home). Anything with dairy or egg was always kept in the fridge though (mayo, ranch, and bleu cheese mostly).

I got a weird one...

I believe a Team Liquid player is attempting to scam me on eBay. All the info I have matches up with the player's name, location, age, etc. I contacted eBay and they are asking me to file a police report. This would be the 2nd police report filed against this person recently. Can someone please contact me before I proceed?
