I just bought a Razer Deathadder 3.5G 3500dpi mouse. I have installed the latest driver off Razer's website but whenever I load the driver, it keeps saying "no mouse detected" I've downloaded pretty much other alternatives. All I want to do is to setup my DPI but I can't even do that so I'm stuck with default settings. If anyone could help, that'd be great. Thank you. | ||

1) Yellow caution symbol - USB device not recognize 2) Red symbol - USB driver failed to install properly 3) Normal happy looking thing saying your USB device is ready to use Basically, uninstall all drivers for mouse you may have installed. We need to see if Windows picks it up. | ||

1. uninstall synapse latest version 2. uninsall driver via device manager 3. download older version of razer synspse from here 4. install older version and let it update to current version, then TADA!!! open up rasor synapse and you'll now see your mouse | ||

FYI, there is still a legacy driver which doesn't need any kind of registration or cloud connection. | ||
