Cham leaves Team GP, Team GP SC2 division disbands

Waxangel United States33075 Posts March 05 2023 16:41 GMT #1 Team GP announced that with the expiration of Cham's contract, it will cease its activities in StarCraft II. Via Twitter: "Hello, this is Team GP. With Cham's contracting expiring today [March 4th], the Team GP StarCraft II team's journey has come to an end. We're extremely grateful to all the fans who cheered for Team GP SC2 over the last three years, and we once again thank all the players who were with us along the way."

Yes, yes, they earned the ~500 bucks over Liquid, I don't complain about that. But from a competition standpoint it was just a waste Do I get it correctly that Krystianer and GungFu, if they even want to, would get to play next seasons WTL now and that they are not blocked?
