How would Cure be the strongest KR terran right now?
He couldn't compete in DH Last Chance so he didn't get to play vs the best like TY / ByuN / INno did, and I would put them ahead of Cure, even though he recently got ahead by a tiny amount on aligulac, playing mostly small stakes cups.

I gues it s rather that the maps in EU are still way bigger, as there are only 3 serious Titel contenders in EU, compared to like 10 in KR
