Daily Esports recently interviewed soO about his upcoming military service and long StarCraft II career. The most interesting bit of news was that soO made it clear that he has plans to return to StarCraft II after finishing his military service.
DES:Do you plan to keep progaming after you're discharged?
soO: Yes. I'm not thinking about retiring yet. I definitely think I can keep playing after finishing my military service. There are actually some StarCraft II players who keep playing in tournaments after finishing their service. I was inspired by watching DongRaeGu reach the semifinals of GSL Season 2 in 2020, thinking "I could do that too," and I want to place him as my role model.
