Blizzard/Tournament organization for choosing a country with visa issues known beforehand ? I'm with you. She'll be playing in that soon =). This season there's a region lock that forbids a player to do gsl and wcs in the same season but they're scrapping that rule next season. So next time she could do GSL and WCS too if she wants. | ||

As far as we know, that rule applied only to WCS Challenger. Sortof also tried to qualify for GSL S1 and he is competing in Kiev. She could still go to the open bracket, so must be something else. | ||

That rule was changed almost as soon as it was implemented. SpeCial is in Code S and is also competing in WCS Spring/Kiev. The way the rule applies to Scalrett is that she was unable to play in this season of Challenger, and thus unable to compete for paid flight/accommodations. If Scarlett is not competing in the open bracket of this tournament, then it was for whatever other reasons (team/herself unwilling to pay for the trip out of pocket). | ||
