The speed of it is a very small part of what makes StarCraft so good. It's funny really... I see a lot of posts on "wow moves" by the pros that were done ages ago when ladder games were set to "fast". It just takes 10 years of practice to do them at fastest. Me? I'll take a little slower pace so i can pull off the moves in the first year... 10 years from now is too long to wait. | ||

I think he's saying that back when battle.net ladder games were set at fast and still meant something (basically first couple years after release), people did a lot of the cool moves that the pros do now. EDIT: I vaguely recall someone with the id Blacklizard from early vanilla SC. Could the poster be the same? | ||
