Plans by Startale Legend, GSL international stream observer, to establish a new eSports Federation team seem to have to fallen out. Legend announced in November that he would be founding a new team named "Team Epic" with plans to compete in the GSTL, but his new tweet fallowing Startale's announcement of contraction in 2014 appears to confirm that there will be no such team.
