@5:38 no scouting at all. David making a nydus, Jaycraft instantly sends a zealot AWAY from his ramp and into his main, now a zealot can't shoot overlords, just noting.
@6:23 has both his units in his main as nydus starts, instantly finds it.
@6:53 looks at lings running across map through FOW.
@7:25 pulls probes to a nydus building in his main he does not have vision of.
@8:30 as he is floating his camera around in his main, a probe starts up, selection and reselection in one frame, no hotkeys, nexus not in vision.

Conclusion
proxy builds on 4 player maps, looking through fog of war, blindly countering, auto probe production, no scouting. i'd say conclusive.

So yesterday I played EneMecH in a PvT, and a lot of things were suspicious. I'm posting this because Ene is a poster on TL, he's made some guides and is quite an active poster ( http://www.teamliquid.net/forum/profile.php?user=EnE ). But considering the amount of weird things that happened in that game which cannot be a coincidence, and despite him denying it after the game, I'm calling him a maphacker:

3:35: makes a bunker before CC without having scouted my proxy, out of a no-gas 1 rax expo. Standard? don't think so.
5:45: makes 2 more bunkers, hasn't scouted my 4 gate
6:43: more camera suspicious movements at my proxy at the moment I warp in some units.. sic
6:53: takes his units off his bunkers to intercept mine at the exact moment I'm moving..
7:23: move cannot be explained logically, from his vision I should be 4-gating and warping more units. In fact I'm retreating into my natural, and strangely he doesn't mind attacking my proxy at this exact time
7:54: again an unlogical movement: I change my mind and go for a small poke, he doesn't have vision but advances his army at his natural's ramp at the exact moment I'm moving up
8:45: his camera shortly jumps at my ninja B3 which he hasn't scouted
8:47: his camera shortly jumps at my natural when I'm transferring probes
9:12: again camera jumps to ninja B3 a few times
9:50: units sent to my ninja B3, which he hadn't scouted
This cannot be tolerated especially from people who are active on TL and making guides IMO.

agree. i reported him 3 times.
hes even more sad than others cause he trys to hide hes hacking.
he scans random places on the map (which doesnt make sense at all btw^^), poitions his army in "normal" places occasionally even though he exactly knows where ur army is.
i hate this guy so much.

No scout, looks at my constructing bunker at my natural through fog of war @ 5:18, and blindly does a 1 base all in without knowing where I am. Very subtle but it's high masters and he probably doesn't do the most obvious blatant maphack actions.

Yes, he was confirmed a long time ago by both bonkerz and I. It wasn't confirmed, but should be. He used to be Lucifer. He's a mass gamer, and a hacker. He's very obvious. His BOs are always blind counters.
His old AKA is lucifer, he was reported like...6 months ago but no one cared sadly.

5:16 - 5:20, In FOG clicks directly on the morphing banelings with their zerglings, there are only two banelings there and yet they manage to click right on 1.
5:49 - 5:51, In FOG looks over at expansion in fog of war, there were 4 of bazzwano's zerglings there which HyuN then moves into to attack after mousing BazzWano's expansion hatchery.
6:35 - 6:38, In FOG looks over at bazzwano's base where there are now 2 banelings and then retreats with their zerglings.
15:29 - 15:32, In FOG mouses over where both mine and Bazzwano's army is before attacking us.
17:35 - 17:39, In FOG moves their mutalisks directly over our army that is breaking down some rock walls, again no line of sight
20:30 - 20:50, In FOG moves view over a bunch of my infestors near his top left expansion (no detection in the area and in FOG), then proceeds to built spore crawlers around his expansion.

Heads up on Nerffy. There is another terran Nerffy who appears to be legitimate and is almost GM. He's in my division and I just thought you might want to put a note next to the hackers name (same thing that was done for Theory). No sense in dragging this particular fellows name through the dirt.

hahaha yeah nerffy is 100% a maphacker. played him close position on Entombed Valley, he tries to send out 3 scvs to block my ramp, but pulls back when he sees that im going pool first (I had played him before and knew it was coming.)
he then transitions into Tank + Blue Flame Hellion without ANY marine support, because he knows I don't have any mutas. I still won, because hacking makes you a terrible terrible player ;-)
