업계 소식에 정통한 한 관계자는 "최근 oGs와 관련 안 좋은 소문이 돌기는 했지만 좋은 쪽으로 해결이 날 것으로 기대한다"고 말했다.

Not too shocking for me if this happens. For a while now I have been wondering which team out of the current big teams will be the first to disband and lately I was thinking that oGs looked a little vulnerable.

Still sad news nonetheless.

It's sad but with a fair bit of their star power now over on other teams it feels as if the team "served it's purpose". It started out as a group of SC1 migrants and we saw them develop and make a name for themself but now it feels oGs doesn't mean what it used to. One of my favourite teams and they're still good but I wouldn't be surprised if we see them divide into other teams (SuperNova for sure, if oGs disbands).

edit: and they're actually a pretty big team with 19 players I'm sure that isn't cheap.

There is no money in Korea for SCII (yet).
A lot of their star players left so they don't get income from foreign tournaments.

So simply said, they have 0 money, lost all their good players, and don't really have any up and coming players.
Yeh disbanding doesn't sound all that bad.
