Team Acer is thrilled to announced a new addition to the Team Acer StarCraft II family in the form of Christian 'Acer | DarkHydra' Luftner. Christian, a young StarCraft II talent is an individual in who we have high confidence in and expect to develop even more in the future. Although he is only 15 years old he has already reached a great skill level with a lot of potential to become one of the best players in Europe. Team Acer will do our best to support Christian on his way to the top and we want to provide him the best possible home and support. We will fully support his StarCraft II career and we are looking forward to seeing him win his first major tournaments in the future.
His first event for Team Acer will be at the Homestory Cup IV in Krefeld this weekend. He will fight against the Korean JYP, the British BlinG and the German WCG representative DarkFoRcE. We are happy to see Christian in action there and we hope to see exciting and succesful matches.

"I am excited that I can play for Team Acer from now on since I've already been a fan of Mondragon in Brood War. I am happy that Team Acer has provided me with this chance and has made it possible for me to be a part of this team.
