This is sort of a hardware question but it falls into accuracy so I thought I'd post here.

Currently I'm using This Mouse but theres a few things I'm finding that really hinder my accuracy.

1. The laser is extremely sensitive and the cursor seems to randomly move a couple pixels in any direction for no reason, so I miss click a lot.
2. The mouse is pretty big and the back of the mouse sometimes jams into the palm of my hand when trying to move it vertically with my fingers.
3. The buttons don't click really well unless you palm the mouse plus it feels heavy.

The funny thing is, I'm sitting here at work and using This Mouse and I really like it, for being a dell $15 mouse. Its light and doesn't jam into my palm. I got 150k on the disc dash game with this mouse no problem.

The only problem with it is it seems just overall like a bad quality mouse, and its kind of small when trying to use a claw grip. What do you guys think of this mouse, and are there any similar to it that are better in quality that you could suggest?

The old disc dash from bigfatarcade seems to be down. Anyone knows a mirror where you can play fullscreen?

I'm a Macfag (lol) and I use SmoothMouse. It removes the inherent mouse lag in OSX and gives you the option to turn acceleration off.

Lol, i suck at these games. It seems i'm better at going somewhere on screen at a certain time, than going somehwere as fast as possible. It might help i actually see my cursor during osu, because of an attached trail. (ok, i don't look at my cursor during osu, but at least i know where it is)

But i guess being good at being 'as fast as possible' is more useful than being good at going somewhere rythmically correct when playing sc; or most other games.

If you can read ar10(or 9) then jump beatmaps like these are excellent.

I started playing Osu! because I wanted better mouse accuracy for sc and it indeed helped. But I ended up buying a tablet and now I almost never play sc because of Osu! lol.

Hm, i dont like that map very much.
I'd rather play this map. Jumps are somewhat easier, but the map is rythmically sooo much better, it's much more fun to play. (need ar10? hr)

But i guess this should continue in the osu thread.
