Still would be nice to have blizzard tell me what it is exactly that's requiring an entire second of response time. Oddly enough it renders the "mouse clicked" animation immediately, it just doesn't do the important stuff until a second after Agree with all the poll results btw!^^ I like you people's opinions!

The first being that the sounds, for the most part, are pretty bad. They're either too bland, or simply not distinguishable enough (I seem to constantly not notice my extractor being done until 10-15 seconds afterwards because the sound is so quiet and ambient). The same applies for unit spawning sounds as well. The only one that actually has a good "completion" sound is the queen, in my opinion. The 2nd issue I have is roaches being too important for the Zerg early game (not to mention they are the dominant unit in ZvZ, making it a step back from what ZvZ was in SC1-- less depth and less intense micro). Note that I'm not saying they're over powered, it just feels as though they are a must have. (Also, not having any anti air until t2 with the exception of the queen is rather annoying). Also, this is more of a side note: perhaps I'm still too much in an SC1 mindset but I hate the map pool and how difficult it is to secure a natural. The lack of being able to secure an early expansion subtracts a lot of depth from possible builds and strategies that could be utilized. (Also, it doesn't help that most of the maps have incredibly short rush distances). That said though, I still absolutely love this game

I think you're doing something wrong, I dominate the map on Desert Oasis.... You're either not scouting efficiently or you're just being a chicken shit about expanding.

Or of course, maybe that was just a joke I missed involving the massive amount of "I have no beta key" posts found around the forum recently. =P

I believe everything is pretty good people just don't know how to use everything yet. Also think about this as the first of 3. There will be 2 expansion packs so things WILL get fixed. Remember when SC1 Came out. so much rage. but its perfectly balanced now.
