The platform level is smallish, you control a small group of infantry including marine-mode Raynor. In the facility, you discover tons of trapped protoss and zerg specimens being turned into hybrids. It is also mentioned that there is no way Terran technology could do this on its own, and that 'Mengsk must have some kind of help'. Or maybe the scientists are just trying really, really hard, Raynor can't be sure. Progressing through the facility requires you to use the platform security systems, including giant robots and releasing specimens, against the security forces. Jim can also pick up special weapons with a limited amount of ammo, including plasma rounds (high damage, single target), grenades (AOE damage), chrono rounds (puts up an aoe slowing field) and apple pie (tastes delicious). Recognizing the hybrids from Zeratul's visions, Raynor decides to destroy the place.The room with the main reactor contains a hybrid reaver (the giant, melee hybrids you fight in the last protoss mission) in stasis. Destroying the reactor releases the hybrid, which destroys the facility. You run through the burning facility, fighting through security remnants and escaped specimens, while fleeing the invincible hybrid. You escape in a dominion transport, and everyone goes back to the Hyperion to eat pizza and talk about their big day. THE END | ||

For those who can't figure out how to unlock it after finishing the campaign: Find the Media Blitz autosave file in your Starcraft 2 folder, save it under campaign, load the save, destroy the science facility in the south east corner of the map and complete the mission.  | ||

I haven't done any Char missions yet. Where can I find it? EDIT: First I just got the secret and then quit; no extra mission. Then I just did it on casual and actually finished it; secret planet popped up at briefing | ||

No, they are done achievement style and are "checked off" as you do them. If you check your alternate roots in the archives, it will say you didn't complete those either, but they are checked off for your achievement. | ||

i completed the game,25/26.Just tried to go back to Media Blitz lol and obviously fail to unlock.Is there anyway to unlock the secret mission after completing the game? | ||

If you just want to play the secret mission load a previous save. If you want it to count to your completed missions count you're going to have to finish the rest of the missions from there again. I'm pretty sure that's how it is, but not 100% sure. I'm going to play it when I decide to replay the campaign again. | ||

If you just want to play the secret mission load a previous save. If you want it to count to your completed missions count you're going to have to finish the rest of the missions from there again. | ||

People are getting all the upgrades now by replaying missions with zerg/protoss upgrades and getting cash, is that intended behaviour? It can make other levels easier as well. Or could one just calculate all the cash that should be available and choose a 'best set of upgrades'? | ||

This might not actually be the case. I didn't complete the final zeratul mission before reaching char, but I reloaded a save and completed it, I got the achievement even though the campaign screen only registered as something like 22/29 | ||
