Burns' performance was pretty good, Maia is no slouch. And it's not just the KO, he handled the threat of Maia well. For Oliveira, he's been having a lot of great fights for the past 2 years now. He's on like, 7 wins in a row, all being finishes? What I really loved about the fight is how far ahead he was of Kevin Lee, even on his back. Each time Lee was switching his position through pure strength - which was impressive too - he had a leg, an arm, something threatened by Oliveira and couldn't progress much.
Oliveira is definitely a top 10, and deserves a top 5 (another one) to confirm. I would love a fight against Cerrone, they are pretty similar both on the feet and on the ground, even if at this point I feel like Oliveira is a superior Cowboy. The loser of McGregor/Gaethje, maybe not next fight but the one after, would make a lot of sense too!
For Lee, you're probably right, there is no point for him to lie and he was probably mostly out when he tapped out. I got myself choked quite a lot of times - I'm doing BJJ - but not to the point of forgetting I was tapping out. Since I'm not at their level, there is little to no incentive in risking much, especially when you know you're gonna have half a dozen fights later that day. Still I found the sequence really funny, poor Lee can't catch a break.
