Clean and Jerk 140, 147, 155
All things considered, I'm extremely happy with how things went, mostly in the clean and jerk. I haven't even front squatted 155 in recent memory so I'm still not sure how I pulled that off but I'm back over 90% of my all time best and have some hope that I might return to national level competition again this year. Training has mostly sucked for the past couple years, lifting by myself in my backyard in the snow, rain, and heat with an uncooperative body at best so it was extremely cathartic to finally throw some decent weight overhead.
