I think Zest will get better, his weakest match up for me is PvP which he had 2x in his group. He avoids stats until finals so i think he can go deep here. Innovation vs Ryung is genuinely 50-50, even the robot himself can't master TvT Stats and Dark should be strong favorites in there games right?
I hope Inno vs Ryung takes a while so I'm here in time to watch the inevitable debacle of TY vs Zest unfold live.

It's his best statistically for the last 2 months. PvT is his worst statistically and that's all he's getting until the finals.

and then Boxer is going to come out of nowhere and finally pat him on the back while MMA watches.
People counting Inno out way too early. TvT is too coinflippy to be sure of anything. Ryung has the hype train but ByuN's TvT has been pretty subpar ever since 3.8 came out. INnoVation has beaten ByuN as many times as Ryung has since then. Likewise, Ryung lost to Gumiho a month ago, and has a losing record against Inno historically. Following the hype train alone obscures the actual details.
I'm betting it will be a close series regardless, with pretty much 50/50 on who wins. Whoever wins will also probably get to the finals after winning two more mirrors.
Most people are overhyping Ryung's TvT probably didn't even watch his TvT series against ByuN and Maru. For me, it was not like Ryung played super good, just the others played badly ang threw many times. I would say Inno has this 60%.

Yeah, exactly. Ryung is extremely good at TvT, don't get me wrong, but I think ByuN and Maru were way too aggressive (it's just how micro gods like them tend to play) and threw away way too many units. TvT is a careful tank-positioning game more than anything these days, which doesn't mesh well with the multitask-overwhelm playstyle of ByuN/Maru.
Inno and Ryung are pretty evenly matched imo. Ryung even said that he was "a lesser version of INnoVation" in the GSL Group Selection (iirc it was right after Classic picked him for Group B). It's a coin toss for who wins tomorrow.
