TLO apparently finished his group 6-0, beating PIG, TitaN, and SeleCT. Some matches weren't broadcast yet (see earlier in this thread). Not sure how any tiebreakers were handled, the Ro16 bracket was edited in by the tournament organizers. I only formated properly. And until the changes have been reviewed by Liquipedia staff, only the draft version will be up-to-date.

Was there a tiebreaker? I was looking at Liquipedia and was curious about this. Destiny actually was driving to VA so mentioned he couldn't play during the weekend so we had to DQ him. Drewbie and NigthEnD played a Bo3 and NightEnD won.

We had a lot of reschedules from Tuesday to later in the week because people were still getting back to MLG and there were complications (i.e., Socke stuck in Canada for a day) which really put us behind. If we do another 32-man in the future, we'll definitely give ourselves 2 weeks instead of 1 and we won't do it after a travel weekend. 2) We were casting replays almost as they were getting finished. We thought this would be great because they're close to live, but because of this we were unable to provide an accurate schedule. Given that, in the future we will probably have group stage completed the week before so that we can schedule out all the replay matches ahead of time so people can watch the people they want. 3) Our streamer's PC crashing is out of our control, but I'll upgrade my PC so I can stream as a back up for the next tournament. As far as I know, those are the 3 biggest criticisms of our tournament. We'll cast the rest of the group stage matches that went uncast next week. I've updated the group results and added a link to our brackets for the tournament this weekend on the OP. Are there any other places I should be doing this at? When I update the OP, no one seems to go there to look. Where can I post info to make it as easy to follow as possible. Well i think it would be much better next time when you announce the entire schedule in front of the tournament. Maybe it wasn't possible in this case but it would make it a hole lot easier to overview things and let people plan their own schedule so they can see the matches they want to see. And yeah one week (5 nights) is not enough to cover 48 matches if you want to cast and air them all. Thats 48 matches in about 20 hours (4 hours each evening)... not possible even when you have no delays at all. And since you start to broadcast pretty late, you limit yourself to basically 4 hours each evening and you mis most EU viewers. Really consider next time starting earlier (or multiple broadcasts like Iron Squid) cause you can see in this thread, the tournament isn't really on fire and with the players and prizepool you guys have, it should do a hole lot better. I get why you guys cast replays (no wasted time between matches) but i think for many it does take out a little excitement, replays never do as good as live matches. It's the reason for me not to stay up late for this tournament cause for me there is no difference between watching the vods or the live broadcast. It's not bad or anything but it wouldn't be my choice.

So many amazing matchups. This is all a ploy to keep me from being productive.

See snute in IEM Sao Paolo, bet you didn't go out of your way to tell the world he didn't deserve that chance. gtfo with that bs son Snute Qualified for IEM sao paulo, or he took 3rd place and the korean invites wouldnt show up and he + others got their spot. and tbh, for his 2nd international event. he didnt do to bad. there is some other players in this tournament that has was too much efame for how good they actually are. and i am sorry for ripping on pig, as im sure hes an OK player compared to 20% of the real "INVITES". So im sorry pig for trash talking you early in this thread when it was not sure all 3 of you would get the invite. ofc i think up and comming players should get a shot, its not that. but they have to proove themselves in some way to get it. and snute/nerchio has done this, and so i feared it would be unfair for them if they didnt get the spot theyv been working at to get for a really long time, and has won/placed well in small tournaments and even big this past year. im not saying you havent done that but according to your past results u still need to improve abit more. Good Luck ![]()

TLO > Rain (to be fair this is totally possible) Axslav < aLive (aLive is a great player and he has shown some really good games recently, if Axslav wins this I'll still be happy though; he is a great player and I would be happy to see him do better) Golden > Killer viOlet < Ret (although he has been inconsistent recently I think Ret is top three foreign zergs) Nerchio > TitaN (I really like Nerchio's play and, in all honesty,I have an illogical hatred of team RoxKis) NightEnD > Snute (I was split evenly on these two but realized I had picked almost all zerg up til now) Grubby > Socke (Grubby needs to win a tournament soon, this could be it) Sleep < Sheth (Sheth is my real pick for best American zerg, gogo NA)

TLO < Rain (could see TLO beating him though) Alive > axslav Light > Killer ViOlet > Ret Nerchio < Titan Snute > Nightend Grubby > Socke (really dont have a good guess on this one) Sleep > Sheth (could go either way, but Sleep has pretty good ZvZ Seems my predictions are fairly inline with everyone else. Gogo viOlet!
