EPTIt's a MOBA type map with innovant concepts : no auto-attack, only skillshots. You aim and you shot. Fast casting mode is ON, meaning you don't need to click with your mouse to cast a spell, making the whole shooting process really smooth.
Of course there are levels and items, but what makes the difference is your own micromanagement skill. You can totally pwn a more leveled hero with better micro, and win 1v2 (or even 1v3) situation !
I'd say it is some sort of Bullet Hell MOBA, it's fast action paced, fast and nervous. Have a look :
