I think you are counting jat's pardon, Dandel's power, and Vivax's ability? Dandel's and Jat's powers wouldn't activate in MyLo/LyLo and the pardon is basically a scum claim if used. We had no control over Vivax and how he chose to use his ability (he wasn't actually mafia aligned, and I think he WAS trying to help lynch scum, ask him), so really we had Dandel's ability and that was great for confusion but only protected Dandel.
As for the check, "had KP" is NOT a redcheck and you even backed down on thinking Dandel was mafia for it at one point. It should have been enough to get him lynched though imo.
I do think this game was incredibly balanced for what it was, but it easily could have played out very poorly for scum. You complain scum had "three" ways to make themselves unlynchable, well town had a one shot JK, the ability to invert KP into a Prot, and Prot via Obi. Not to mention your checks or if Vivax had dueled scum instead of town.
As Hapa said not not working together, not pursuing your checks, playing to lose, creating extra confusion etc is the reason town lost.
And nobody claimed this was an uphill battle, just that objectively the roles and mechanics all tend to favor town a little more than scum.
