It was a dark Friday evening and Meapak_Ziphh was preparing to go out. “It always seems to be raining around here” groused Meapak as he stepped out of the house. “Feels like some goddamn movie or something.” Meapak checked the street and then crossed to the other side under a steady grey drizzle. He was on yet another case. Yet another mafia organization had descended on Liquidia and was causing terror and mayhem amongst the populace. The understaffed and underfunded Liquidia police force was as usual powerless to stop the spread. “Just do what you can” GMarshal had pleaded over a month ago when Meapak and his partner Solstice had been put on the case. They had predictably made little headway and everyone was growning frustrated. Deputy foolishness had just called him telling him to get things moving. This had prompted Meapak to call a meeting with Solstice on this night to discuss their lack of progress. In hindsight Meapak was regretting calling the meeting at night, it was just the prime cover for an ambush.

Meapak spotted the stopped figure of Solstice approaching him from a block away and casually leaned back against the wall. Solstice trudged up and asked “any luck?” “None whatsoever” replied Meapak, “and foolishness is getting antsy.” Solstice looked around nervously “don’t you think we’re a little exposed?” He asked. “Yeah we should get out of sight” responded Meapak, “care for a drink.” Before Solstice had a chance to respond three dark figures stepped out of an alley way. “gentlemen” began the first “it’s a pleasure to meet you.” “Stow the crap flamewheel” said Solstice, “there’s no need to flaunt the fact that we haven’t been able to pin anything on you yet.” “All thanks to my trusted lawyer” responded flamewheel smugly. “Ahh I see you’ve brought ‘ole Qatol with you” observed Meapak. “Indeed” sniggered the second figure “and we have a special surprise as well.” Neither Solstice or Meapak liked where this was heading and both began to inch towards cover. Flamewheel spotted their movements “not so fast my friends” he said with a sinister chuckle, “I’m afraid your investigation ends tonight.” With that statement the third figure slipped off his hood revealing the face of RebirthOfLegend. “It’s time to die punks” he growled. In a hauntingly choreographed motion all five men went for their guns.

Meapak_Ziphh the detective has died
Solstice the vigilante has died
Qatol the corrupt lawyer has died
Flamewheel the mafia don has died
RebirthOfLegend the mafia hitman had died

48 hours to kill a bitch, I'll find a picture and fix the time later
