I have him down to 12 health with a boulderfist ogre (6dmg) and a water elemental (3dmg) on the board, I'm a mage (1dmg) and a dark iron dwarf in my deck (2dmg). Exactly enough to kill him, but he has a scary group of minions waiting for me (see the screenshot below). But he needs a taunt totem... He gets it! No more lethal for me. And then he plays the mad bomber, which hits him for 1 and the taunt totem for (sic!) 2 damage! Less than 10% chance of that happening. No more taunt, I have lethal again, gg. First 12 wins achieved 12-2. Below is a screenshot from right after the mad bomber was played.

Opening hand: Innervate, Novice Engineer, Mark of the Wild. T1: Draw Sylvanis, pass. T2: Draw Swipe, play Novice Engineer, draw another Swipe. T3: Draw Innervate, play Innervate, play Sylvanis, play Innervate, play Mark of the Wild. And this was against the Warlock deck posted on this forum (Except he ran Shadowbolt for some reason). He actually dealt with it that turn, but it cost him his entire board, then I got 2-3 for 1s with my Swipes and it was done.

So I play my Azure Drake again, draw a Soulfire. Shoot it at him and he's down to 2 health. Tap down to 1, draw another Soulfire. Blast him in the face and feel incredibly dirty.

t1: Northshire Cleric (Faerie Dragon) t2: nothing (Novice Engineer) t3: nothing (Shattered Sun Cleric) (25) t4: gnomish inventor (Shattered Sun Cleric, the +4 attack combo card on SSC) (12) t5: sw: death, sw: pain (abusive sergeant, eviscerate, dagger) Obviously my opponent was not playing optimally/didn't have good cards, but it still felt great.

P.S.: Now that I have read the others maybe you can but it was still extremely funny :-) And I learned to not use that hero ability when I'm at 3 minons vs zero.

That's nothing, I had a full board with a Defender of Argus'd Sylvanis and Silvermoon Champion, he played 2 of those and took both of my taunt minions.

My opponent drops a Questing Adventurer, stealths it and spends half the game building him up. We're both dropping minions, he's chipping away at me with minions and his dagger ability and I'm clearing his minions as fast as I can. He gets to the point where he's stuck. The situation: He has a +12/+12 Questing Adventurer with stealth and one other minion on the board (a 4/5 or something that has summoning sickness) but by now I'm pounding away at his hero and he's got an empty hand. I can kill his new minion straight up and in a few turns I'll be able to kill him by just chipping away at his health before he can instagib me. He can either choose to risk getting lucky with the draw or he can attack now and hope to finish me the next turn. He chooses to attack. Fatal error. I drop Mind Control. Felt SO good. Seriously though that card is just ridiculous, even at 10 mana. >_> (Although in fairness even without Mind Control I still would have won. Shadow Word:Death was my other card. X-D )

A few turns later ysera dies, he has his dream dragon in play, it's my turn, and I have no taunt, no freeze, nothing on the field, at 2 hp left. I have pyro in my hand, but if I use it on the drake I'll have literally no way to bring the rest of his hp down. I draw azure drake. Play it, get coldlight oracle. Play that and get the literally last card in my deck, which is frostbolt. Meanwhile he takes damage from fatigue since he's also out of cards. Frostbolt his drake, his turn, he takes fatigue again, and has nothing that can damage me directly. I can't imagine what he was thinking as he clicked end turn, but I certainly know what he thought after he saw the pyro animation and his portrait exploding shortly after. Must have been a horrible feeling since he was ahead the whole game and had me down to 2 hp for 3-4 turns.

After watching him burn his two polymorphs I thought it was a good time to double divine spirit and inner fire for a 17-20 Yeti
