Why the whole world hates american : - their whole concept of life is based on violence, war and military (plz pay attention to bigballs retarded posts to see what I mean...) - They havent realised yet that they are isoled on their "island" and that the whole world hates them. - They make up "plans" (lol) to try to convince the world and to justify their primitive behaviour. Example : Come on u guys ! theyve got biological weapons ! I swear ! And they'r bad ! Trust me ! Right.. when are you going to understand that the only ones convinced by such bullshit are the americans themselves ? Why do we have to love america : - Because they are really funny having war against people they financed and supported (US military material given to the Sowjets ~1945, the support of the taliban, of saddam hussein...) - Because their stupidity got them into a second Vietnam war (Irak...). They were so convinced themselves about the fact that saddam was soooo mean and bad that they thought the iraki people would actually want them to invade them.... - Because americans are always the ones who open those stupid threads as they expect everyone to agree to them... Until they realise : "fuck, everyone hates us, how comes ?" And now, stfu plz, ur pathetic comments have no usefull purposes. Btw, have u seen Bowling for Columbine ? There a sweet little historic of the US politics.... some lolz... | ||

I am proud of my country. Not as a whole, not as some idealistic, flag-waving Captain America image. There are things my government and my fellow Americans have done which shame me to be associated with them. But then the very same people turn around and put their lives on the line so that they might save another. America's moral fiber may be deteriorating, yet the fundamental roots upon which it was founded are still visible through the murk. Many, if not most, people in this country would gladly place the life of another above their own. Not themselves, not for the common good of society as a whole, but for its individual human beings. And if all your nations have lost that, I pity you. | ||

France has financed more terrorism than most nations have. and the fact that france is willing to accept cash from libya in order to lift economic sanctions on Libya because of them blowing up a plane full of people a few years ago only proves that they are more interested in their wallets then in some sort of higher moral ground. chirac is a dueche too...only a hyprocrite and moron like him would ever see the need to give an oil rich country like Iraq a nuclear reactor in the early 80s. Being a whole ocean away from the action provided more protection for us than any army could have, not to mention that we have many times the resources, and we hadn't just been ravaged by World War I barely 20 years before. It's not reasonable, then, to equate France's military performance with its "value" as a nation (whatever such a term could even mean). Other instances in French military history hardly even seem worth mentioning in a comparison to the US, since the only non-modern war America ever fought was the revolutionary war, which, as some others have pointed out, we were on the brink of losing before the French stepped in and saved our asses. Have you ever even been to France? It's really a nice place, and the food makes "american" food look like a cruel joke. Moreover, aside from the language and the better culinary sense, it's culturally very, very similar to the US. People are people, not nationals. I know you're just dicking around BigBalls, and I don't care really--but whether you were serious or not, a lot of people in the US have developed (mostly over the past year or so, but some longer ago than that) an irrational, unfounded hatred of France, fueled by misplaced nationalism and, to use a dread term, ignorance. | ||
