I have no idea what they're trying to accomplish by showing us this screen, but I don't really like it. Therefore I decided to do some investigating. (pm me if you want the details of my investigation) I figured out how to get around the screen pretty easily, and decided to compile it into a tutorial.
Step-by-Step instructions for getting by the screen:
1. Go to this url (works in firefox): http://exp.gomtv.com/appChannelForm.html and click on the category you wish to watch. Knowing korean letters is a plus in this area, because you can quickly identify things such as "sin han" (on the left) "peurorikeu" (proleague) (on the right)

(after clicking on a category you should appear at a page whose url looks something like: http://live.gomtv.com/cgi-bin/live_sub_eleague.cgi )
2. Hover over the green button (live stream) or yellow button (replay) with the TV icon on it, and copy down the numbers at the bottom of the browser.

3.
***If it's a replay stream***
Feed the numbers into this url: http://ch.gomtv.com/exp/appDetail.html?intSID=[first number]&intSeq=[second number] , for example if the caption at the bottom of the page is javascript:playReplay(3019,91100); the url you would visit would be http://ch.gomtv.com/exp/appDetail.html?intSID=3019&intSeq=91100

On the next screen, hover over the green play button (pictured above) and record the numbers at the bottom of the screen once again, and feed them into this url: http://tv.gomtv.com/cgi-bin/channel_player.cgi?stype=[first number]&id=[second number] and copy this link , so if the bottom of the page says showAppMovie('3119','91100',some other number); your link would be http://tv.gomtv.com/cgi-bin/channel_player.cgi?stype=3119&id=91100
-Start gomplayer
Paste the copied link in internet explorer (this is important) and press enter, nothing will happen in internet explorer, but your gomplayer should start buffering.
{go to additional steps if you get an error}
***If it's a live stream***
-Start gomplayer
Feed the numbers into this url, and visit it in internet explorer (this is important)
http://tv.gomtv.com/cgi-bin/channel_player.cgi?stype=5&id=[first number]&liveplus=[second number] , so if the bottom of the page says javascript:showLive(2111,0); your link would be http://tv.gomtv.com/cgi-bin/channel_player.cgi?stype=5&id=2111&liveplus=0
if you typed in the url correctly, gom should start buffering, and play some ads, and then the stream.
{go to additional steps if you get an error}
Additional steps:
***If you get error 0x00071, and the ads have already played***
Error 71 is caused by server lag, which makes gom player think that you have a lousy connection and won't let you play the stream.
Press the left button on the error message, and then press the round play button at the bottom left of gomplayer, repeat until it plays.
***If you get error 0x00071, and the ads have not yet finished playing***
Revisit the url in step 3 in internet explorer to buffer gom again.
***If you get error 403***
Error 403 seems to happen at the end of a match (at least in live game streams). Try restarting gom player and visiting the same link for the stream in internet explorer.
The actual urls may change over time and vary based on show/type of show, etc, so if something doesn't work, look through the cgi file in step 2 and http://ch.gomtv.com/js/common.js (look for the functions that show up at the bottom of the screen when you hover over buttons) and figure it out from there.
