Twitch @TwitchTV 2h FYI: No one is actually logged in as the wrong user, it's simply a display bug, changes can't be made to accounts, ect. Don't panic! 
From the tweets, it doesn't seem to be a huge problem.

People were able to read each other's PMs unfortunately. You couldn't switch pages though if there were multiple.

I'm on a 2MB connection (ie not the fastest) and I can run multiple 1080+ streams on twitch at the same time and never have any issue. It would bottleneck on my end before theirs.

I can stream multiple 1080+ streams from youtube at the same time with no issues, one stream at 720p on twitch stutters for me.
