Wasn't it lawler that lost to constant leg kicks a long while back and didn't fight for a while?
I think you might be thinking of Melvin Manhoef vs Robbie Lawler in a Strikeforce bout, where Manhoef was blasting Lawler's leg with low kicks, but no, Lawler won with a overhand right that caught Manhoef while he was taking out Lawler's leg. Also, he only had 5 months off after the Manhoef fight before fighting someone else, so you might be thinking of someone else.
The only two fighters that's had trouble with leg kicks on this fight card is Urijah Faber and the aforementioned Robbie Lawler... Faber with Aldo, and Lawler with Manhoef, but neither was stopped.
There's also Lavar Johnson, who beat Pat Barry, who stopped a guy via leg kicks in his UFC debut if you're maybe thinking that far into it...

Eh, females in MMA aren't weird, there's a good amount of female fighters to make up an organization in Invicta, so I'd say that's something. What's weird is having a females in the UFC, especially just ONE division. But then again, as much as I like Dana White, this is one of things that I'd have to disagree with on signing Rousey, Carmouche, McMann, and Tate... He's just trying to avoid Invicta taking his prized possession in Invicta, but what SHOULD be the case is possibly Invicta and UFC working together in Invicta being the female league and UFC being the male league, but I guess White just doesn't want competition...
Faber may have looked awkward against Barao, but he's undefeated in his last 5 non-title UFC/WEC bouts, and he's won them all rather convincingly. I just don't think he should be considered for ANOTHER title if he were to beat Menjivar.
Rousey should win, but the UFC actually wouldn't lose much if Carmouche were to beat her. They can pull the line about how she's a former Marine and basically do everything they've wanted to do with Brian Stann but more. Plus, the fact that she's openly gay will probably be shoved down our throats by Dana White about how he's hoping more fighters would come out or how he's not homophobic, despite the one time he said the word "faggot".

I think that Rousey will crush her, given she crushed the two opponents Carmouche lost too. That said, if Rousey loses she'll get an immediate rematch, if she loses again..... I would guess thats the end of womens fighting in the UFC. Its to hard to promote without a good looking charismatic champ.

Then again, MMA math never works out... I wouldn't be surprised if Carmouche wins though, she always has the chance of the one shot landing. Plus, if you give the stand-up/power advantage, it'd have to be to Carmouche, as Rousey's stand-up is arguable rudimentary at best, especially her fight with Tate when it seemed as if Tate was simply overwhelming her with just winding hooks.
And it's hard to promote the WOMEN'S division without a pretty, charismatic champ. The flyweight division has one of the more quiet-spoken Mighty Mouse and the Flyweights are simply being pushed down our throats, not that it's a bad thing. However, it's hard to get people legitimately into Women's MMA, as some people have a hard time seeing other females punching and beating up other females...
Carmouche doesn't have the chance of one shot landing. This is women's mma at 135lbs. Men at that weight rarely knock each other out, and they have heavier hands than women. Rousey will win by armbar in the first round, because she's the superior grappler and has a superior training camp. Carmouche still works part-time, ffs.
Actually, I think there are plenty of KO/TKO finishes at bantamweight. Maybe not as much as decisions, but there are definitely enough to prove that bantamweights do have power. And WMMA is no different, a female can have as much of a polished stand-up as a male, and Carmouche has the chance of one shot landing.
Cool to see women in the main card. Have not been taking any interest in it so far but if it's good enough for the UFC it's mature enough :-) Still, I have no clue about who will win.
Really excited over any Hendo fight and I have him winning this one actually but I would not dare to make a bet.
Henderson by split decision. I think three rounds is to Hendos advantage so well played UFC :-)

I'm not saying that they can't finish each other off. I'm saying that it's not gonna happen via one lucky punch, the way it happens at LHW+. And since that's pretty much the only way Rousey loses this fight, it's pretty much a lock.
I think machida is better than henderson and henderson's style cannot beat machida, but at the same time I'd rather see something new like JBJ vs. Hendo than Machida vs jones 3. Perhaps a poorly timed fight for 205 cause if hendo loses to machida there's no way he's gonna get a title shot before machida.
Also doesn't seem like anyone is nearly as good as Roussey in terms of ground game or just any sort of professional level fighting atm. Not a surprise considering MMA is not a popular woman's sport, but Roussey is an olympic level and olympic champion in judo. She just seems so far above everyone in just that one aspect which gives her a huge advantage. Having "toughness" and being a marine can't get you out of an armbar.
