That's exactly what I was thinking too. The SC2 pros need to challenge the Kespa transitional players through long-term decisions and understandings of strategy and metagame, NOT micro! Especially not ZvZ micro against the likes of EffOrt!
It must be quite difficult being an SC2 pro these days. Kespa players have both macro and micro. But yeah, they lack understanding/strategy often times. We'll see how things progress as time goes on.
To clarify, I just mean all Kespa players are relatively inexperienced with SC2, so the last thing that will develop is a strong grasp on understanding the depths of the strategies employed in it. They are more than mechanically qualified to handle the less mechanical SC2! For instance, Jaedong already is one of the best creep spreaders, and EffOrt is one of the best ling-bling micro-ers. Over time, I expect their macro and micro to bring a new sense of urgency in mastering the game to be able to compete with the best.

Didn't rewatch whole thing right now but game should still be fun, but maybe not the exact game I'm trying to remember.

Correct. As stated in the OP:
I will not be maintaining a list of fan members, but please do leave comments here showing your support of EffOrt!
Signing up or not has no effect on anything. This is a fanclub where we talk about everything related to EffOrt and show our support, and have tons of information on him consolidated into one thread.
before sleeping last night I didn't check if EffOrt was playing today. Missed some impressive games apparently. Gotta leave for work in 30 minutes... still very happy EffOrt is doing so well!
I think my heart just shattered in to a million little pieces...
The reason I decided not to was because in every fan club it has served no purpose. Fan members do not get special considerations, privileges, information, etc. Everyone who visits the thread has the same access and the same treatment. So why have a listing of everyone's name? I don't get it.
This thread will function just the same as every other fan club - except this one is specifically about EffOrt. I encourage discussions on EffOrt, comments on his games, fan-made material, funny pictures etc. And if there's enough interest and we have the connections to reach EffOrt, we may even be able to send him one big package of fan notes / drawings / etc. I'd like this to be a fan club where we focus on our love of the game and our admiration and encouragement of EffOrt's continuing success through active discussions and positive comments. Tell us about why you like EffOrt so much, what is it about him and his play that garners your respect and admiration? What do you want to see him do next? Where do you see him going in the near future, or a few years from now, and what should he do to get there?
I stopped watching Starcraft a long time ago. I just came back to find that not only has Effort come back(I think he was still retired when I stopped paying attention), he's playing SC2 and eating nerd brains in it. He's the once and future king(of zergs).
