So I've started playing LoL quite a bit and I'm level 27 at the moment and I've started using Ezreal a fair amount.
Anyway I have no idea how in the world I'm supposed to solo lane vs a fiddlesticks. I get completely shutdown by his bouncing crow shot. It does a large chunk of damage to my hp especially when it bounces multiple times off me.
I try and go in and get last hits on minions with auto attack, but as previously stated I take big chunks of damage from his bouncing crow attack.
I try and conserve my mana and not simply stand way back and spam my Q shot. Since it takes a large amount of mana especially early game. If I go in and try and use my auto attack to try and last hit then I simply get lit up by his bouncing crow...
I have no idea how I'm supposed to mid lane against. Is this just a really bad match up and I should simply ask to switch lanes?
I've played against a couple fiddlesticks and this simply happens every time I mid against him.

You should play ezreal as an AD carry down bot lane with a support like soraka, hes not ment to go mid. Last hit for like 20 to 25 mins if possible with soraka warding river and sometimes the bushes for bush control if being zoned by someone like taric or jan.

Call for a gank with someone that has a stun to interrupt his heal. He's not very good when outnumbered as long as his bouncing shot doesn't go in between the two of you (therefore flank from side). Fid is a pretty abusive laner, but sucks at farming creeps. As an AD carry it's not the best matchup because of his sustained heal. An AP carry that could burst him down would fair better.

fiddle's a really strong solo laner against people without reliable interrupts
call for ganks, to really zone opponents he has to overextend, which a jungler should be able to follow up with an easy gank kill
for small discussions such as this i suggest posting them in the discussion for that particular champion or the general discussion, small ones such as these tend to get closed
