When the message clearly says "Battle.net is down for Maintenance"

not "Battle.net is down just for you and a few other select people"

I wonder if Blizzard will allow for an embedded, live server status icon. I think WoW players had something like that available to see their server's status, live, on any website.

Battle.net Status - FUCKED UP
99% of the time I log in, my entire ladder history is erased. The other 1%, my 2v2 history is there only. Well, at least I get to fuck around in placement matches!

Is this scripted or manually updated? I noticed during the last patch that the beta forums won't allow you to post (it gives you an error) when battle.net is down. I don't know if that is reliable enough, but someone could write a scraper really easily to fetch the status, without dealing with the beta client itself.

Thought it was the login bug again. Then i noticed I couldn't log in to the battle.net forums (down for maintaince) Hopefully they are fixing the damn replay bug. It's seriously pissing me off that i can't view my past games.
