Follow the link to check out the current prize pool, and if you so choose, add to the hype! Any additional contributions on Matcherino will be added directly to the prize pool. Donations will be accepted throughout the tournament, and the total prize pool will be distributed as follows.
Prize Distribution
1st - 60%
2nd- 30%
3rd - 10%
*3rd place is determined by the higher scoring 2nd place team from the group stage.
Registration
Registration will be conducted through Discord, and is open to anyone residing outside Korea. Message the admin listed for each map to sign up. Teams can only sign up for one qualifier.
In your message, please include:
- - your ally’s main Discord ID (e.g. Queen1935)
- both players full Battle.net IDs (e.g. ID#1234) (shown on Battle.net app)

Qualifiers
Dates: July 8-9
A Qualifier will be held for each map to determine the top 2 teams in each discipline.
- - Fighting Spirit will use the ongoing BSL 2v2 Proleague as its Qualifier.
- Fastest and BGH Qualifier formats will depend on the number of sign ups.
Final tournament
Dates: July 15-30
The top 2 teams from each Qualifier will provide our 6 Finalists, who will battle it out in a Group Stage.
- - Group Draw - 2 groups of 3 teams
- Round Robin - all teams play 2 matches
- A match consists of 3 best of 3s, 1 on each map
Group Stage Schedule
Both groups will follow the same schedule, with 1 match per group, per week.
Group Draw: July 9
Week 1: July 15-16: team A v B
Week 2: July 22-23: team A v C
Week 3: July 29-30 team B v C
Grand Final
Dates: August 5-6
The winners of each group will face off in the Grand Final
- - Same match format as the Group Stage.
- 3 best of 3s, 1 on each map.
Rules
This tournament is designated for those residing outside of Korea.
All standard tournament rules apply. That means the illegal bugs listed here https://liquipedia.net/starcraft/Competitive_Rules are not allowed, and use of any of them results in automatic loss of the set they are used in.
Tiebreakers
- -If 2 teams in the same group finish with the same amount of points, the winner of their head to head match will decide who places higher.
-If the final group standings result in both 2nd place group finishers having an equal number of points, the tournament's 3rd place will be awarded to the team with less points scored against them during the group stage.
-If points against are also equal, the two teams will play a match to decide 3rd place.
