Fujikura: We're not "worried" about anyone
Q. So you're the head coach of SouL Gaming, tell us about yourself. A. Hi, I'm Fujikura! I run SouL Gaming, we've been around since 2008, but we took a break when SC2 came out and I ran several tier 1 and tier 2 esports teams like Checksix Gaming, Its Gosu and Quantic gaming in titles like SC2, LoL, Dota2, CS:GO and COD. SouL Gaming is an international team, we have players from Latin America, like Dandy and UltrA. We also have a few Koreans like Miso and Scan. We are the Pan American Team League season 1 champions so essentially we rein over NA/SA.
Q. So what are your thoughts on STPL A. We love team leagues and we are definitely looking forward to it, Qikz is a cool dude great organizer and caster and I support his endevours, big fan!
Q. Your strongest player? A. Our strongest players are Miso and Scan I would give a slight edge to Miso based on experience and well having qualified for ASL 5, unfortunately Scan ran into some bad luck.
Q. Who are you most concerned about facing? A. We're not "worried" about anyone but our toughest opponent on paper would be [WHITE].

Incomplete: We fight for the power of love!
![[image loading]](https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/420349299298140161/422651796696072198/11110378_10155357873195468_7257942779491169538_o.jpg)
Q. So, tell us about ReV. A. I am Incomplete.ReV, started playing when my cousin introduced me to it in around 2001-2002. Didn't really start playing online until 2005 and joined ReV around 2005-2006. I've always been pretty crap at the game, but I do quite enjoy it nonetheless.
As for the clan, it was originally an Italian clan that was founded in 1998. At the time, it was friends hanging out and having fun and such. I don't quite know too much about the clan in its earlier years, as I didn't join until some years later. When I joined, it had become much more international and was lead by Mendip[ReV]. After some time, he got more and more busy, and I did more and more of the administration of the clan. I think it was around 2006/2007 that I took over as a leader.
I think we reached Division 2 in both WGTCL and BWCL at best, so we weren't ever a top clan. But some of our top players could really hold their own. DuDuK from Macedonia, Soko and Cr1stY from Romania, Carebear (Avi-Love) and SumoZerg from Denmark, XzOz from Norway - many amongst the top players at the time from each their respective nations.
Nevertheless, the very core value of ReV is manners and the bonds we form as teammates. Skill is never the first priority. We do seek to win, but there's no point being good if there's no soul. We want to motivate and inspire, rather than whip. Even though certain boundaries are necessary. I do recall having "Stalin" as nickname. My worst fear for ReV is for the clan to become a collection of top players, rather than a team of friends. I'd much rather lose with friends, than win with strangers.
I left BW in 2008 for personal reasons, so I don't know too much about what happened to the clan afterwards. I think it went on for a couple of years before dying out. Now that Remastered was launched, me and inDepth (aka Yoruichi) started playing again, got reconnected with old friends. That made me want to restart ReV, even though none of us quite have the time we did back then.
As of today, the clan has had to be rebuilt from very little. XzOz and Carebear are the only old ReVs amongst the active players today. However, inDepth, Vertikal (aka Hasunico), SumoZerg and Africa are also old ReVs I shared joyus moments with. There's lots of new faces, but they're good people I'm looking forward to see more of! Extra shoutout to Narsil and GruGloG who're helping out in the management, and SkRiK who's doing a fine job at recruiting!
It's growing steadily and we keep trying to create a home of friends who can cheer for one another and be supportive,
We fight for the power of love! ReV fighting ~
Q. Looking forward to competing? A. Very much! Looks like a fun league with great production and also an extra opportunity to let the clan members play!
Q. Who would you say is your tour de force? A. Carebear.ReV (aka Avi-Love). He's simply a beast and our only undefeated player in BWCL (at this moment). I don't think we've ever had a stronger player than him.
Q. Any one team that worries you? A. None. There is winning or there is confirmation that we need to improve. It's all just a happy journey towards a goal we may never reach, but will have fun traveling nonetheless.
Back tomorrow with another team!

DragOn: Fuck yeah!

Q. Let us know a little bit about NaS A. Hi Im DragOn[NaS] aka DragOn[PaiN] and some other names with DragOn in them. My team NaS is fairly new, I and a few friends formed it after SCR to play in team leagues since PaiN died. NaS stands for either No Autism Squad or North American Squad depending on which you prefer. The no autism thing is an in joke because SuGo[NaS] would always call ppl autistic if they played badly, or for any reason really.
Q. Looking forward to the competition? A. Fuck yeah!
Q. Who would you say is your star player? A. Me, and Beast[NaS] is 2nd best. Hes my student but nowadays more of a rival/practice partner than pupil, hes improved enormously and one of the top up and coming NA players imo.
Q. Toughest opponent? A. SouL and WHITE are the strongest, because of koreans. Soul has Scan and Miso, WHITE has BoA and whoever else that decides to show up, im sure even the B-team members are gosu but I dont know any of them specifically.
Back tomorrow with another team![/QUOTE]

GyRo: We put friendship and manner between players above anything else.

Q. Why don't you introduce yourselves to the foreign community. A. Hi, I am GyRo[WHITE], the master of WHITECLAN. We finally came to Korea Server with Remastered. We have been through free battle net MiN (starting from 1998), Asia, West, and Fish server.
WHITECLAN stands for " The Pure White of our many clan members", and has a long tradition. We put friendship and manner between players above anything else. Also we have many of pre-progamers and gosu players.
Q. Are you looking forwards to the tournament? A. Yes, of course. We already won the champion title of two clan-leagues(Korea) which had been held after the remasterd version of Starcraft,
It is the first time that we are participating in foreign league, so we are excited about this. However, it is late night when the matches are held, so the constraint of players are inevitable to us. It is our first challange to the foreign league, and we want to enjoy it.
Q. White has some formidable players, who's the best? A. We have EyeWater[WHITE] (Shuttle) , Dojae[WHITE] (Best) , Mindd[WHITE] (Mind) who had advanced to ASL season 5 tournament. These three players contribute so much whenever the clan-matches are held. However, because of the time, we excluded these players from out roaster. In our roaster, BoA1[WHITE] and Famas2[WHITE] are gosu-players.
Q. Who do you think will be your rivals this season? A. It is SouL. Scan and Miso are also well-know players in Korea, so I think it would be a hard game with SouL.
Q. Any feedback on a personal level? A. I really thank you guys for our participation to the league. We are going to play out best! However, I wonder if there is any solution if the lagging occurs in the game.
Back tomorrow with another team!

AgGe: We don't stand and fall with one or two players, we stand as a family and fall as a team.
![[image loading]](https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/421380944549904384/423479158677700608/image.jpg)
Q: Tell me a bit about yourself and your clan iRk A: Well my name is Jon aka iRk-AgGe, I'll be 34 this year and I started playing starcraft late 97 when we came over the sc vanilla beta. iRk was founded in early '99 if I can remember correctly. We were a bunch of swedish dudes playing for a vanilla clan called [NOD] but we got tired of the leader so we started our own clan under the tag {iRk} inte riktigt kloka. Back then we were only swedes in iRk with the exception for one mexican who we played with on west from now and then. iRk has always been more of a family then a clan, and us old timers had a great relationship over battle.net (We can call this First generation iRks). I've been in many clans since we started iRk, mostly cause iRk never played competetive. But I've always gone back to my iRk family whenever I felt like playing for fun and quit the competetive stuff. Around 2004 BW-Tuffer moved in with me in my one room apartment and that's when i started playing some BW. I teamed up with him in a bunch of clans like nS-g, OutOf, CFD and for a while I was captain for SWe-B team and later on a stand in for the Swe-A. My heart though has always been with the sc vanilla scene, and I went back to playing vanilla all the time, and after all the old timers of iRk quit playing, I asked iRk-ApPe and -affe if I could bring iRk over to the competetive scene, and the answer was "yes". So i started with recruiting some swedish vanilla players that would fit the iRk profile, then some player from denmark, norway, netherlands, england and also some koreans that I played with on west (We call this setup Second generation iRks). We were pretty much unbeatable on sc vanilla, and went on to play in the WGTCL for two seasons and did pretty good there as well eventho we played our sc vanilla strats, most of our opponents got pretty confused and we beat some good teams.
When 1.14 was released and the latency got f'ed up on battle.net, everyone quit playing sc vanilla and so did I. Some iRks went over to bw and started playing iCCup, but that was never my thing.
The best part with the G2iRks was that me, and of course the members managed to get the same family feeling as the G1 family. And we're still friends on facebook and talk to each other from now and then. Many of them started playing for a while during the launch of sc:rem, but now It's only me, Reggae and Johan who are from the G2 squad.
I've never been much of a player myself actually, I had a short glory time when I really could focus on getting good at BW, but since I liked SC vanilla more, I never had the motivation of staying long in the bw scene. I've always been a leader of the clans I've been in since we started iRk.
And now with the third generation iRks I'm trying to bring in the same family feeling as with the former versions of iRk. The biggest differense being I now have some top players from around europe playing with the iRk-tag, mostly scandinavians but also from other parts. We're doing great in leagues, ending on split third place in the BWCL beta season, coming second place in RTL season 1, and now sitting on top of BWCL season 1 division B, and also through to the next round in LL-playoffs.
Q. Are your team looking forward to competing in the STPL? A: Yeah, it's gonna be great! I really like the CW-setup with a bo4(bo5) system, like the korean system. And I think we'll see some interesting games between us lower ranked team and the favoured pro teams like SouL and WHITE.
Q. Who would you say your strongest player is? A: I don't like the idea of someone being "best" in the team. I dunno how to compare them really, for that to be solved they all had to play a bo5 vs each and everyone in an own iRk league, and I don't think anyone have that kind of time nowdays. Everyone plays their part in iRk-, I do the lineups for every CW, the ones not picked cheers for the ones playing and that's how you build a team. We don't stand and fall with one or two players, we stand as a family and fall as a team.
Q. Are you worried about anyone? A: I'm not worried at all, I've seen some comments about the koreans playing in this league and I don't know why some people are upset.
It's fun, it's not often you get the chance to play these kind of players, so everyone should be excited by the prospect of comparing muscles with these guys.
And it's bo1 vs each player, so anything can happen!
Q. Any feedback? A: Just keep doing what you're doing, cause you're doing grrrrrrrrreat!
Back tomorrow with another team!

619: I have complete faith in all of our members to perform
![[image loading]](https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/363035630654980096/424365357306871829/dd.jpg)
Q. Tell me a bit about yourself and your team. A.My name is Daniel "619" Duryea, and I am the leader of Strength in Knowledge. I started the team with no real intentions of being competitive and that quickly shifted paths. We currently have many of the top foreigner talents and are always looking to improve the team.
Q. Are your team looking forward to competing in the STPL? A. To be completely honest this looks like the best event I have seen for amateur teams to compete in. I speak on behalf of the entire team when we say that we are super happy to be a part of what you have going on.
Q. So, your top players A. It really depends on the day. I have complete faith in all of our members to perform but a few to mention would be Bonyth, Dewalt, TerrOr and Sziky.
Q. Anyone that worries you? A. SouL will most likely be the biggest competition. I know WHITE is very strong but will they have their pro koreans playing every week is the real question. Obviously if players like Best are playing they will be smacking everyone around. Any team could win on any given day, but I would be very disappointed in our performance if we did not at-least make the playoffs.
Q. Any feedback? A. Do your thing, make sure you are having fun as well. Thanks so much for your time and dedication to put something together for a small community of diehard SC gamers!
You thought the post was over, but it's not! I have an exciting thing to announce! ![[image loading]](https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/306265881091112960/424367319779770376/grpdraw.png)
