This is very, very important. Please stop making LR threads if you aren't willing to edit match results as they happen. This is even more important to point out in this era of standardized SPL thread templates. It's not enough to just list the matches in the OP. We can read that in the calendar. I also see a lot of "predictions" that are just one line of cursory, unjustified bullshit like "I think SKT 3-0 but if it gets to ace then 2-3." The same thing happens to the recommended games, but there it is a little more excusable. So yeah... if you make an OP, please be prepared to update the game results, edit in stream options, and provide thoughtful, elegant predictions (or just compile stats so we don't have to find them ourselves). Otherwise please leave the OP to someone else! Normally I would agree with you but the OP clearly put in a lot of effort into the post, with good graphics and pre-game interviews and etc. The amount of effort he did is a lot greater than the effort it would take you to browse the thread to find the results, which is almost the point of LR threads (you find out what happened, how it happened, etc.). When OP's effort > your effort, in my opinion it's okay to let him fuck up once in a while and not update the results immediately. Agreed, I really like how Disciple does those short interviews, banners and all those other things. You can tell he does put work into the OP's.

By cheesing Snow he turns the game into an all-out micro war, and we all know who is going to win that one. If he plays a macro game Snow could conceivably 4-gate Bisu and win. No need for him to take the risk.

Its not the first time it happens with me, that I leave the OPs unattended. Its not really the reason thats important, nobody cares why a service isnt provided, the fact is that it isnt provided. Still the worst case scenario was to get here exactly one hour later with all the games already finished. If Canata was playing a TvT in the first set I was going to be here exactly for the second game, which would've been ok
I will stop making OPs, I cant risk this to happen again

damn, seems like t1 has declared an prohibition of lube.... such a one-sided rape again. a hyuk contributing with wins makes skt almost unstoppable.

If I had time I would take all of those people who posted that Effort would be different from Jaedong, line up their foolishness, and just bask.

It's not like you get paid to do this, and it's not like you'll be fired for being human and making a mistake with daylight savings time (which millions of people do in one way or another every time). People need to appreciate the effort you put in, need to understand that sometimes SHIT JUST HAPPENS and you can't tend to the thread, and that it's not too much effort to open the entire thread and search for "-" and click enter a few times to get to the results.
EDIT: Don't be stupid, don't stop making quality OPs because you missed an hour due to daylight savings time (happens what, twice a year potentially?).

Honestly, missing updating the results by just an hour is not that bad. I can understand some people being annoyed when they come to check the results the next day and there's nothing there, but there's really no harm in missing the results when the match wouldn't even normally be finished anyways...

Except it is something that has happened repeatedly in the past? And if you can't update OP but have GFX etc made for thread then just PM it to someone else who can make and update the thread.

Wow, didn't expect 3-0, nice work from Hyuk beating Jaedong and EffOrt in a row convincingly.
edit: Just read the comments on the game... god people are annoying nowadays.

While I don't mind results being a hour late or whatever, if you make the topic you really should stick around to edit in streams and such.

Its not about the ONE guy, its about the rules in this forum, and nobody should be above them.

Completely relevant to discussion and I hope to hear more of your input in the future.

Hyuk and Effort had one of the largest all ling battles that I've seen in a long time and Hyuk just steamrolled over Effort's lings with an equal number or great. Effort really failed to keep tabs on his opponent's production until he was run over.
