M'y réflex was alway to send my 1-2 zealot to the z base and try to force Them to make lings and take bad Trader or even get à drone.
But in pratice z scout me with drone or overlord and prépare so well that i cant even get to their base and loses thoses zealot.
I guess its still better considering you can Teck and have note zealot out compare to à forgé expend .
Do i need to get dmg done or keeping m'y zealot AT home is à good Choice or i should forgé instead considering the meta of overlord pool.

You usually don't need to keep zealot for defense if they overpool. In terms of getting damage done, I think it's good to bring a probe with the zealot so that you can two-shot lings and drones. Also, try to stay behind minerals or places where you can't get surrounded so that you are efficient. Even if you don't manage to kill drones, you can get ahead if you force a lot of lings or disrupt mining long enough. In my experience, it's usually bad to go for drones because they will glitch your zealot and kill it easily with lings. Only go for drones if you see no/few lings. Usually, the zealots are meant to scare away drones, force ling production and kill lings. Also, it's really important to keep your first zealot alive because they scale really well so if you lose your first zealot and do very little with it, you should probably just try to go for macro game. Also, it's important to train by pulling back injured zealots and using a-click so that you can get extra hits on lings if they are nearby. I am not a good protoss player tbh so hopefully someone else gives better advice but this is basically how I try to do gateway into FE.

Bring 2-4 probes and it changes the whole strength of the rush. Easily can kill a bad player 12 pooling / 12 hatching over pool etc. also consider making sheild battery for defense offense. Only gets clunky for vs Zerg who get speed upgrade really fast.

Bringing 2-4 probes is bad unless you do a 2 gate opening. If the zerg scouts you, and you see 8+ lings, then turn around and enjoy your economic advantage from them making less drones. If you can, sneak a zealot in a sweet spot behind minerals at the natural or third, but otherwise it's mission accomplished once they ling up. Once you have your natural secure, you can go send out 4 zealots or so to try to force more lings or a sunken again, but how you pressure becomes very situational and its on you and your game sense.

if you can't micro your 1st zealot vs 6/8 zerglings just put it behind the minerals and do damage without doing anything, cause he has to waste ling to kill that bastard. just don't waste ur 1st zealot, that zealot is supposed to buy you time to put nexus -> forge -> gas / cannon. if you can pick free zerglings that is ideal but in general, just having a zealot in the zergs base is good enough to force lings and buy time.

Different pros handle it differently, but from what I've seen, usually it is - if by the time your zealot reaches the zerg, they have 3rd/4th lings hatching, fight with probe/zealot and then either retreat to join up with 2nd zealot or hide behind mineral line.
If they have more lings or 4 lings out earlier(meaning you probably won't be able to get behind mineral line), retreat(you can still push out after cannon etc)
If lings run past zealot, usual response is to block ramp with zealot/probe or probes, while having a backup pylon for the gate and rest of zealots protecting the gate. Something like that. It is really tricky and depends on ling count, timings, zerg opening and what zerg is doing with it. It even depends on how many gaps your wall has, aka you can be more aggressive with 1-gap wall back at home.
I recommend watching Mini and Snow streams for gate FE openings.

watch out for zerg punishing early gate way to mass expand into lurker player mass hydra/ling uped by the way.
