The AfreecaTV StarLeague returns, season 11 is set to start on the 28th of March.
Qualifiers:
Sign-up period: 02/03 - 09/03 Sign-up form
Qualifier #1 (online): 12/03, 1200KST (12 slots)
Qualifier #2 (online): 13/03, 1400KST (6 slots)
Qualifier #3 (online): 14/03, 1400KST (6 slots)
Qualifier mappool: Polypoid, Eclipse, Fighting Spirit
Tournament schedule:
28/03 - 06/06, every Sunday + Tuesday @ 1900KST (live from the FreecUP Studio)
Tournament format:
Ro24: Bo1 Double Elimination
Ro16: Bo1 / Bo3 Double Elimination
Ro8: Bo5 Single Elimination
Ro4: Bo7 Single Elimination
Third place match: Bo5
Finals: Bo7
Main event mappool: Polaris Rhapsody, Fighting Spirit, Eclipse, Polypoid, Ascension, Hidden Track, Ultimate Stream

Being Online Qualifiers, will any European participate?

I was watching Rush just now and apparently there is going to be wildcard tour. So most likely no Flash. I stress however that there is no offical statement as far as I know.

They pick 3 standard maps to get the best players to qualify. Don't worry, I'm sure at least one fucked up map will make it into the final tournament.

You are too optimistic. Look at their short list, how the testing/selection process is going so far, add to that a bit of extrapolation how they handled map updates (or rather the lack thereof) in the past and you can rest assured that there will be more than one map that will be more than just a bit fucked up…

Also CadenZie. She plays in most qualifiers afaik. In ASL8 she made it all the way to the semifinals of Group C Jeonju before Snow knocked her out.
